Transportable Slurry Box Method of Use
A method for using a heated portable vacuum slurry box to efficiently store and transport material including drill cuttings from gas and oil well sites. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The features allow for the slurry box to be meet space restriction requirements at a well site while as well as function within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons. The method includes a preferred method to unload the slurry box.
Heated Tailgate Device
A tailgate assembly includes a tailgate hinge that is operable to attach a tailgate to a vacuum tank such that the tailgate is movable between an open position and a closed position, the vacuum tank operable to withstand vacuum pressure when the tailgate is in the closed position. A tailgate warming tube loop is operable to circulate a heated fluid through the tailgate, the tailgate warming tube loop attached to an interior surface of the tailgate and a first rear pipe flange that includes a first rear pipe flange warming channel in communication with the tailgate warming tube loop.
Spill containment system for container tanks
A spill containment system for container tanks which include a liquid container and a steel frame surrounding the liquid container. The overall dimensions of the container tank are approximately twenty feet long, eight feet wide and eight and a half feet high. Beneath one or more stacked container tanks is a containment pan assembly including a liquid-tight pan having an interior capable of holding at least a portion of the contents of one liquid container. The containment pan assembly has an upper rectangular section that supports the container tanks and also has a length of about twenty feet and a width of eight feet. However, the entire height of the containment pan assembly is between eight inches and twenty-four inches. Additional similarly constructed containment pan assemblies are arranged adjacent the first assembly with hoses interconnecting the interiors of the several liquid-tight pans of the several containment pan assemblies.
FLEXIBLE BLADDER TANKS INCLUDING POLYKETONE
The present disclosure provides a plastic bladder for containing a liquid. The bladder includes a barrier layer and a recycled plastic layer adjacent to the barrier layer. The bladder further includes a fitting in contact with the layer.
FLEXIBLE BLADDER TANKS INCLUDING POLYKETONE
The present disclosure provides a bladder for containing a liquid. The bladder includes a polyketone layer and a fitting in contact with the polyketone layer.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER FOR LIQUIDS
A transport and storage container for liquids includes a pallet-type understructure for an inner container made of plastic, the inner container having four side walls, a sealable filling socket formed on an upper bottom and an outlet socket formed on the lower portion of a side wall and having a tapping fitting, the container comprising a cage having horizontal and vertical bars made of metal for receiving the inner container, at least two vertical bars disposed on opposite side walls, being connected at connecting portions by a traverse bar extending over the upper bottom of the inner container which is formed by a hollow profile, the vertical bars having a cross section recess for decreasing a shear force acting on the connecting screw in transition portions formed adjacent to the connecting portions.
TRANSPORT CONTAINER FOR CONCENTRATED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
The transport container for concentrated hydrogen peroxide comprises: a cuboid carrier frame; a liquid container provided inside the carrier frame (1) and frictionally connected thereto, said container having an internal volume of between 65 and 500 I and consisting of pure aluminium, chromium-nickel steel, a nickel-based alloy, or a steel coated with a polyolefin or clad on the inner face; a pressure equalisation device and a pressure relief valve, both of which are provided on the upper face of the liquid container; and at least one sealable opening of the liquid container for the charging and/or removal of hydrogen peroxide.
ARTICLES OF COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
An article manufactured in a mould and which comprises a structural composite of plastics layers, the article having a wall defining an internal space for holding contents therein; wherein, the wall is formed from at least two layers of plastics materials; wherein a first of said layers comprises a thermoplastics material and at least a second layer comprises a thermosetting resin and a fibrous layer.
Vertical fluid storage tank with connecting ports
A vertical fluid storage tank includes an oval-shaped body having a first end, a second end, and a sidewall extending between the first and second ends. The body defines an interior fluid storage cavity and has a major axis and a minor axis along a horizontal cross section through the body. The fluid storage tank further includes a top wall at the first end of the body, a bottom wall at the second end of the body, and a frame member connected to the sidewall of the body. The frame member includes a first portion that extends longitudinally along the sidewall of the body and a second portion that extends along the bottom wall and is connected to the first portion. The fluid storage tank further includes a connection port on the sidewall of the body adapted for connection to the connection port on an adjacent fluid storage tank.
Storage tank containment system
A large volume natural gas storage tank comprises rigid tubular walls having closed tubular cross-sections that are interconnected at opposing ends with two other rigid tubular walls such that interiors of the rigid tubular walls define an interior fluid storage chamber. The storage tank also includes bulkheads positioned in the interior fluid storage chamber across intermediate segments of the rigid tubular walls and closure plates connected between exterior surfaces of successive interconnected rigid tubular walls to define sides of the storage tank. Interior surfaces of the closure plates and exterior surfaces of the rigid tubular walls define an auxiliary fluid storage chamber. The storage tank also includes exterior support structures extending through the closure plates and between the exterior surfaces of the rigid tubular walls on some of the sides of the storage tank to reinforce the storage tank against dynamic loading from fluid in the interior fluid storage chamber.
