STORAGE TANK CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
20190331296 · 2019-10-31 ·

A large volume natural gas storage tank comprises rigid tubular walls having closed tubular cross-sections that are interconnected at opposing ends with two other rigid tubular walls such that interiors of the rigid tubular walls define an interior fluid storage chamber. The storage tank also includes bulkheads positioned in the interior fluid storage chamber across intermediate segments of the rigid tubular walls and closure plates connected between exterior surfaces of successive interconnected rigid tubular walls to define sides of the storage tank. Interior surfaces of the closure plates and exterior surfaces of the rigid tubular walls define an auxiliary fluid storage chamber. The storage tank also includes exterior support structures extending through the closure plates and between the exterior surfaces of the rigid tubular walls on some of the sides of the storage tank to reinforce the storage tank against dynamic loading from fluid in the interior fluid storage chamber.

Low-temperature container, low-temperature tank and low-temperature tank truck

A low-temperature container, low-temperature tank and low-temperature tank truck are provided. The low-temperature container includes a housing and an inner container disposed inside the housing through a support assembly. The support assembly includes two transverse support structures correspondingly disposed between the housing body and inner container body, and two longitudinal support structures respectively disposed between the outer sealing head and the inner sealing head located at ends. An central lines of the two longitudinal support structures and an central axis of the inner container are collinear, or the central lines of the two longitudinal support structures are parallel to the central axis of the inner container, and the longitudinal support structures may extend and retract in the longitudinal direction of the low-temperature container. The low-temperature container of the present disclosure has balanced support points and good heat insulation effect.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SECURING EQUIPMENT TO LOW PROFILE TRANSPORTABLE HOLDING TANK
20240140330 · 2024-05-02 ·

A method for securing a piece of equipment to a mobile system including a side rail and a body disposed over the side rail, the method including disposing a pair of rails underneath and supported by the body atop the pair of rails and securing the equipment to the pair of rails with a securing mechanism.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROTECTION FROM RADIANT HEAT
20190270582 · 2019-09-05 ·

Systems and methods relating to the safety of railway cars carrying flammable materials. A rail tank car having an inner tank and an outer protective wall surrounding the inner tank is provided. The outer surface of the inner tank and the inner surface of the outer protective wall are separated by a gap. A low emissivity coating is applied to one or both of the outer surface of the inner tank and the inner surface of the outer protective wall. Existing rail tank cars with a similar construction can be retrofitted by spraying the low emissivity coating inside the gap to thereby coat at least one of the inner surface and the outer surface. Preferably, the low emissivity coating has an emissivity coefficient of, at most, 0.8.

Anaerobic Fermentation Apparatus
20190270957 · 2019-09-05 ·

An anaerobic fermentation apparatus has at least one fermentation tank. Each fermentation tank has a container, a pumping pipe, a conveying pipe, and a spray pipe. The pumping pipe communicates with the top of the container. The conveying pipe is mounted in the container. The spray pipe is mounted in the container and has a trunk and multiple branches. The trunk communicates with the conveying pipe. Each branch communicates with the trunk and has two nozzles formed through the wall of the branch. An imaginary connection line that connects the two nozzles is oblique with respect to the axis of the branch as viewed from the top, causing multiple vortexes at the bottom of the container to make the organic substances stirred thoroughly and the fermentation processing more evenly, and increase the efficiency of the fermentation.

STORAGE VESSEL

A storage vessel assembly for storing chemical includes a storage vessel, a frame for housing the storage vessel, an agitation device disposed in the storage vessel, a temperature control system coupled to the storage vessel, and a controller configured to operate the agitation device and the temperature control system.

HEATED TAILGATE DEVICE
20240174435 · 2024-05-30 ·

This disclosure is directed toward a heated tailgate for use in cold climates. The heated tailgate may be used with a self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The heated tailgate provides that the slurry cuttings within the slurry box which are adjacent to the tailgate do not freeze and provides for a way in which the tailgate may seal to the vacuum box.

Portable Fluid Storage System
20190210795 · 2019-07-11 ·

A portable fluid storage system for use during frac jobs or other operations requiring storage of water or other fluids. The system comprises a lower chamber and an upper chamber sized to fit within the lower chamber. A lift system, such as screw jacks or rack and pinion gears, is disposed to move the lower chamber from a collapsed position to an extended position where the upper chamber is positioned above the lower chamber. A seal is disposed to engage the upper chamber and the lower chamber when the system is in the extended position. The upper chamber, the seal, and the lower chamber form a water tight compartment when the system is in the extended position. When positioned for use, the storage system is moved to the extended position to hold twice as much fluid as in the collapsed position.

Portable Vertical Fluid Storage Tank
20190168957 · 2019-06-06 ·

A vertical fluid storage tank including a body extending from a first end to a second end and including a substantially oval-shaped cross-section, a top wall connected to the first end of the body, a bottom wall connected to the second end of the body, at least one access opening positioned on the top wall configured for access to an interior cavity of the body, and at least one discharge valve connected to the body. The storage tank is configured to be arranged in at least two positions. The at least two positions include a first position in which the storage tank is arranged parallel to a surface, and a second position in which the storage tank is arranged perpendicular to the surface. A walkway may be positioned in the interior cavity of the body.

Stackable bulk fluid storage container

A bulk fluid storage container includes a frame assembly having a lower rectangular frame, first and second wheel assemblies extending from opposite ends of the lower rectangular frame, and an upper rectangular frame member arranged in spaced relation to the lower rectangular frame member by a plurality of vertically extending posts. The bulk fluid storage container also includes a fluid storage vessel having first and second end walls held in spaced relation by first and second side walls, a top wall and a bottom wall, which defines a fluid storage volume. A baffle assembly having a plurality of baffle plates is disposed in a space relationship in the fluid storage volume. The frame assembly provides an exoskeletal structure which surrounds the fluid storage vessel and is configured to support a second bulk fluid storage container in a vertically stacked relationship.
