A stitchless baffle bulk bag including one or more baffle inserts that are heat sealed to a bag body using a hot melt film. A baffle insert includes a plurality of lateral straps spaced in between longitudinal panels. Tabs extend from the longitudinal panels into the space between lateral straps, above and below the lateral straps. The hot melt film is applied to at least a portion of the longitudinal panel and to the tabs, which is then heat sealed to the body under heat and pressure of heat seal bars. A hot melt sealed tab on both sides of the strap extending beyond the pivot point of the strap counters the forces of peel encountered by the strap and/or by a heat sealed joint of the tab or longitudinal panel.

Each layer has a closable opening located on the top of the softsided layer. Hardsided closed containers containing LLHZ located in the interior of the hard container are loaded into the interior of the softsided container. Each layer of the softsided container is then closed, and the package transported and shipped to a disposal site for burial.

The multilayered composite film combination includes first and second polymer film inner and outer layers each having vacuum holding properties, and a third polymer film disposed between the first and second polymer films. The third polymer film has oxygen barrier properties. Product is packed into the container by coupling a fill spout of the container with a fill tube of a product filling apparatus, and oxygen is drawn from an inner cavity of the container. Product is flowed through the fill spout of the container, and nitrogen is added into the inner cavity through the fill spout of the container. The fill spout of the container is sealed while a negative pressure is drawn within the inner cavity thereby immobilizing the product within the container.
