Flexible container liner wringing device and liner
A liner L has a liner body 11 with a front wall 12, rear wall 16, bottom wall 13, a top wall 14. The top wall also includes a tubular excess liner material or chute 19 located close to the rear wall and which includes a filling fitment 20 with a fitment cap 21. The liner also has a cylindrical, hose content inlet/outlet port or bottom fitment 23. The liner may include a gap-filler or filler strip 70 of foam material extending outwardly from a position closely adjacent the outlet fitment. The filler strip is mounted to the front wall directly over and closely adjacent the outlet fitment. The filler strip may taper so that at least a majority of the strip's longitudinal length or height so as to increase in its lateral width as it approaches the outlet fitment, thereby increasing the material volume of strip material.
Portable collapsable storage bin and unloading system
A portable storage bin includes a base frame on the ground and a bin support frame operable relative to the base frame between a working position and a transport position which is reduced in height relative to the working position, and a storage envelope supported on the bin support frame to define a storage chamber for storing particulate material therein in the working position of the bin support frame in which the storage envelope is collapsible with the bin support frame from the working position to the transport position. The bin support frame has an upper frame portion from which the storage envelope is suspended in the working position and a central support post which is extendable in height between the upper frame portion and the base frame for raising the envelope from the transport position to the working position.
SOFT-SIDED BULK MATERIAL CONTAINERS WITH HOLD-INS
A system, method and apparatus for transferring bulk material for transport, the method includes placing a first quantity of bulk material in a soft-sided bulk material container, extending a first hold-in across the container from a first side of the container to a second location, the second location being substantially toward a second side of the container, wherein the first hold-in is secured to the first side of the container, securing the first hold-in to the second location and placing a second quantity of bulk material in the container, the second quantity covering the first hold-in and securing the first hold-in to the second location with a weight of the second quantity of bulk material.
SYSTEM SUPPORTING FILLING AND HANDLING BULK BAG APPARATUS CONTAINING TORREFIED MATERIALS
A container includes a multilayered composite film combination forming a bag defining a product fill opening. The multilayered composite film combination includes first and second polymer film inner and outer layers each having vacuum holding properties, and a third polymer film disposed between the first and second polymer films. The third polymer film has oxygen barrier properties. Product is packed into the container by coupling a fill spout of the container with a fill tube of a product filling apparatus, and oxygen is drawn from an inner cavity of the container. Fluidized product entrained in nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide gas is flowed through the fill spout of the container, and nitrogen is added into the inner cavity through the fill spout of the container. The fill spout of the container is sealed while a negative pressure is drawn within the inner cavity thereby immobilizing the product within the container.
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER LINER WRINGING DEVICE AND LINER
A liner L has a liner body (11) with a front wall (12), rear wall (16), bottom wall (13), a top wall (14). The top wall also includes a tubular excess liner material or chute (19) located close to the rear wall and which includes a filling fitment (20) with a fitment cap (21). The liner also has a cylindrical, hose content inlet/outlet port or bottom fitment (23). The liner may include a gap-filler or filler strip (70) of foam material extending outwardly from a position closely adjacent the outlet fitment.
Manufacturing method for overlap-structured container bag
Disclosed herein is an overlap-structured container bag having an inner bag inserted into an outer bag. In the overlap-structured container bag comprises: (A1) weaving fabric used for a container bag of a hollow structure while a plurality of vertical reinforcing portions are formed; (A2) cutting container bag fabric in unit length; (A3) forming at least one of the lateral reinforcing portion on the inner bag when either one of the upper or lower portion of the cut container bag is selected as the inner bag; (A4) placing the inner bag into the outer bag by turning the open end of the outer bag inside out when the other one where the lateral reinforcing portion is not formed is selected as the outer bag.
Insert-structured container bag having inner bag to be inserted in outer bag
Disclosed herein is an insert-structured container bag having an inner bag inserted into an outer bag. In the insert-structured container bag having an inner bag inserted into an outer bag according to an aspect of the present invention, the inner bag includes one or more lateral reinforcing portions formed by folding the inner bag; the outer bag includes vertical reinforcing portions formed on the respective side surfaces of the outer bag, lifting loops coupled to the tops of the vertical reinforcing portions, and a connection portion passed through the lifting loops, and the lateral reinforcing portions are formed by folding the inner bag outward in a lateral direction, and are disposed in a space between the inner bag and the outer bag.
Bulk bag bottom and discharge assembly including a reinforcer
A bottom and discharge assembly for a flexible fabric bulk bag of the type having heat sealed joints includes a piece of reinforcing fabric positioned under a heat sealed joint of a bottom portion and a discharge tube, around a periphery of a discharge tube opening and bottom opening that are each substantially square, wherein the reinforcing fabric prevents bag failure at or about at corners of the bottom opening and discharge tube opening. The assembly can be formed by overlapping the reinforcing fabric, discharge tube, and bottom portion so that the bottom is heat sealed to both a portion of the discharge tube fabric and a portion of the reinforcing fabric and wherein a portion of the reinforcing fabric is under the discharge tube and bottom joint, and wherein the discharge tube fabric and reinforcing fabric are not joined together.
