INNER CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC AND TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER FOR LIQUIDS HAVING AN INNER CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC
The invention relates to an inner container (15) made of plastic for transporting and storing liquids, the inner container (15) having an outlet socket (18) for connecting an outlet fitting (17) on a front side, a bottom wall (20) connecting two side walls (23, 24), a rear wall (22) and a front wall (16) of the inner container (15) and serving to support the inner container (15) on a pallet floor (21) of a transport pallet (11) provided with an outer jacket (14) for receiving the inner container (15), and a top wall (25) located opposite the bottom wall (20) and provided with a filling opening, wherein the side walls (23, 24) each have a horizontal corrugation (47, 48), the horizontal corrugations (47, 48) being disposed in a shared central horizontal plane.
End-Closure for a Flexible Tank
A flexible tank has one or more inner layers and one or more outer layers enclosing the inner layers. It has an improved structure to prevent leakage and rupture when making a long multi-modal shipment of large quantities of a liquid, including when the flexible tank is not supported by the end or side walls of a shipping container.
Intermediate bulk container cartridge
A cartridge assembly for deploying a fillable bulk liquid bag in an intermediate bulk container is provided. The cartridge has a flexible reinforcing board adhered to the fillable bag which may facilitate securing the bag to the discharge port of an IBC while also directing the bag to the IBC bottom center for more efficient filling. Sacrificial paper tape may be used to maintain the cartridge for storage, transportation and deployment in an IBC.
End-closure for a flexible tank
A flexible tank has an inner tank and at least one end closure with alternating interlaced hollow loops from two separate exterior layers. A nylon rope or similar securing element is passed through the hollow loops to use the exterior layers in an end closure to constrain the inner tank. An end flap may be welded to an exterior layer and positioned between the inner tank and the end closure. The hollow loops may be formed by folding over the exterior layers and cutting out complementary portions so the loops are in an alternating interlaced pattern.
Reservoir bag
A reservoir bag and method of use and implementation is disclosed herein. The reservoir bag may be configured for controlling surface water run-off and may include a plurality of cells with at least two adjacent cells in fluid communication with each other to allow water to communicate between the adjacent cells. To aid in the mobility of water, the bag may include one or more perforated pipes therein to direct flow of water through the cells and to an outlet.

A FLEXIBLE TANK
The present invention relates to a flexible tank wherein liquid can be stored and which can transport liquid from one location to another location by means of a vehicle and having a lower compartment and an upper compartment positioned one above the other. As an improvement, said flexible tank comprises at least one tank body formed by at least one flexible wall joined in a manner forming a flexible pipe-like form and at least one folding region having at least one first folding line and at least one second folding line provided such that a passage throttle is defined in between.
DESIGN AND METHOD OF FABRICATION OF COLLAPSIBLE STORAGE TANK
In one embodiment, a collapsible, flexible storage tank is provided that is capable of holding a liquid material. The tank includes a sheet of flexible, moisture impervious side wall material; at least one opening for receiving a fitting to fill and drain the tank; joining seams wherein edges of the sheet are joined, the seams extending about the tank in a spiral orientation; and closing seams wherein the side ends of the pillow tank are sealed. In another aspect, a collapsible, flexible storage tank is capable of holding a liquid. The tank includes a sheet of flexible side wall material; at least one opening for receiving a fitting to fill and drain the tank; and butt seams wherein edges of the flexible sheet are joined together in the same plane in a butt joint configuration using an overlapping piece of flexible, moisture impervious sealed material over the top thereof.
Foldable tank with extended capacity
A foldable water tank comprises a foldable receptacle including an open receptacle portion and a closed receptacle portion, the open receptacle portion communicating with the closed receptacle portion such that water from the open receptacle flows to the closed receptacle, the open receptacle portion including side walls; a folding frame operably associated with the side walls to support the sidewalls in an upright position; and the closed receptacle portion extending outwardly from the frame.
Lightweight transport, storage and delivery system
Reusable, flexible, lightweight, low cost flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) for the delivery of granular proppant material for fracing that will allow the transport of higher weights of proppant, such as sand, per truck load. The invention includes a container made of a high strength, flexible material with a top opening for loading and deploying the proppant. The container can be lifted and deployed with a fork truck or crane. Alternatively, proprietary deployment systems, such as a conveyor system, can be used to quickly and efficiently deploy the proppant from the container at a desired site.
