CONNECTING MECHANISM AND COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME
A connecting mechanism and a foldable container comprising the same. The foldable container comprises a top cover and a chassis. Top corner pieces (121) are disposed on four corners of the top cover. The top corner pieces are connected to a top cover corner column (122). Bottom corner pieces (111) are disposed on four corners of the chassis. The bottom corner pieces are connected to a chassis corner column (112). The connecting mechanism comprises a lifting lug (23) disposed on one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112) and a locking plate (21) rotatably disposed on an outer end surface of the other one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112). The locking plate (21) is provided with a hook portion fitted to the lifting lug. By means of the connecting mechanism, the top cover and the chassis can be automatically connected when the container is folded; and when the container is assembled, the operation efficiency is high and the inner size of the container is not affected.
Box
A box includes a floor and at least two pairs of opposing sidewalls extending upwards from the floor in the vertical direction. The sidewalls are arranged foldably with respect to the floor and may be locked with each other in their upfolded position. At least one of the sidewalls includes an unlocking mechanism which is movable between a rest position and an unlocking position in which the locking of the sidewalls is undone. The unlocking mechanism includes at least one pretensioning element which pretensions the unlocking mechanism into its rest position and includes a first end connected to the unlocking mechanism or the sidewall and a second, free end.
Foldable container
A foldable container enables the entire height of a folded state thereof to be one fifth of the entire height of the state of being folded, such that the height of an international standard container can be satisfied even though empty containers are stacked in five stages. To this end, the hexagonal foldable container can include an upper panel part and a lower panel part respectively forming the upper surface and lower surface thereof; a left panel part and a right panel part respectively forming the left surface and right surface thereof, and respectively folded; a front panel part and a rear panel part respectively forming the front surface and rear surface thereof; and a fixing bar provided at the outer surface of the rear panel part.
MAIN BODY OF CARRYING BOX
The present disclosure relates to a main body of a carrying box, and more particularly to a main body of a carrying box capable of pivoting and being folded by a hinge structure to reduce a volume thereof.
FOLDABLE CONTAINER FOLDING DEVICE AND AUTOMATIC FOLDING SYSTEM COMPRISING SAME
Provided is a foldable container automatic folding system including: a transfer unit on which the foldable container is mounted and which transfers the foldable containers; an introduction unit in which fasteners fastened to the foldable container are disassembled at a position where the transfer unit starts a folding operation; an operation unit which includes foldable container folding device that are disposed adjacent to the introduction unit and each located at front and rear surfaces of the foldable container to fold and unfold the foldable container; a locking unit which is disposed adjacent to the operation unit, stacks the foldable containers that are folded after the folding operation is completed by the operation unit, and performs a locking operation to make the folded foldable containers into one bundle unit; and a discharge unit in which a plurality of foldable containers wait to be transported and stored.
Collapsible container for consolidated load transportation and associated method for collapsing
Collapsible container for use in marine and overland consolidated-load transportation, which can be collapsed and deployed using simple means external thereto, and stacked in the collapsed state. The container comprises, as basic elements: a floor; a ceiling; a rear panel; a front panel formed by an external structural pre-frame and a pair of doors secured to the pre-frame with hinges; side walls formed by an upper collapsible lateral panel, a lower collapsible lateral panel and a central element as a connected by means of hinges. The container has sliding bolt mechanisms for locking the front and rear panels to the ceiling, lateral anchoring devices for securing said panels to the side walls and hinged couplings at the remaining connections between the basic elements, which hinged couplings allow the container to be collapsed by folding down, first, the front and rear panels onto the floor and then by collapsing the side walls, in bellows fashion, towards the inside of the container, and allow the container to be deployed by carrying out these steps in reverse.
Foldable frame for containers and hinged member therefor
A foldable frame for containers has a polygonal base mount made of studs and an upper mount parallel to the base mount made of studs. The polygonal base mount and the upper mount are connected together by means of columns of equal length. The columns are formed of at least two sections of the same length, and the adjacent sections are joined together by a hinged member, the hinged member containing a first bushing connected to a slider movably disposed in the cavity of the first section, a second bushing having common axle with the first bushing and secured to the locking member arranged in the inner cavity of the adjacent second section, with a hinge pin provided in the bushings.
COLLAPSIBLE SHIPPING CONTAINER
A collapsible container that includes a base, a first side panel hingedly attached to the base, a second side panel hingedly attached to the base, a first end panel hingedly attached to the base, with the first end panel including a door, and a second end panel hingedly attached to the base. The collapsible container can further include a top cover. The collapsible container is configured to be positioned in a collapsed position and an assembled position. In an assembled position, the collapsible container is configured to hold items during a domestic or international move.
Crate with retractable wall
A crate includes a base and a plurality of walls including a front wall. The front wall is movable between a retracted, open position and a closed position. In some embodiments, the front wall includes a frame, a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is hingeably connected to the frame and the second portion is hingeably connected to the first portion.
Pre-Assembled, Self Contained, Portable Fluid Storage Tank and Method of Handling Flowback Fluids from a Hydrocarbon Production Operation Using Said Tank
Pre-assembled, self-contained, portable tank and method of using the tank for storing backflow fluids during hydrocarbon production operations. Tank is rapidly deployable and has a collapsible and refillable bladder for storing approximately 50,000 gallons or 1200 BBLS of fluids and a secondary containment with a holding capacity 120% of that of the bladder. When closed for transport, the tank is sufficiently compact and light to be movable with a light body pickup truck with an accompanying trailer over public roadways. After delivery to a site, a crew of two to five persons can set-up the tank for use within about 20 to 120 minutes.
