Tilt-less liner apparatus and system for unloading bulk cargo
10370184 · 2019-08-06 · ·

A tilt-less liner apparatus and system for unloading bulk cargo from a container liner using a first layer on the container liner floor having a friction reducing top layer and a friction enhancing bottom layer to secure first layer against movement. A second layer of flexible high strength material folded in over lapping multiple pre-folded sections from at least two to eight folded stacked layers are used to cover the friction reducing top first layer. The second layer is connected to a coiling means and motor for coiling up and removing the second layer from the container over the friction reducing top layer of the first layer and the bulk cargo comes out with the second layer into a hopper provided with means for bulk product distribution. Vibrators, depth measuring devices and speed controls are provided to control bulk cargo unloading and prevent blockage build up.

Collapsible particulate matter container

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, a collapsible and optionally stackable storage container for bulk material is provided. The disclosed storage container includes a collapsible frame defined by a rigid upper support structure, a rigid lower support structure and a support member coupled at one end to the upper support structure and coupled at another end to the lower support structure. An actuator is also provided which is coupled to the support member at one end. The disclosed storage container further includes a storage sack having an upper portion coupled to the upper support structure and a lower portion coupled to the lower support structure. The lower portion of the storage sack is generally taper-shaped and may be equipped with a discharge opening that enables release of the bulk material onto a conveyor, which may be employed when the collapsible storage container is integrated into a bulk storage system.

An apparatus, system, and method for unloading residual particulate matter such as grain from a storage enclosure such as a grain bin, silo, or building having at least one floor opening. In one embodiment, a corrugated metal overfloor is added spaced above the bin floor by a framework of generally horizontal beams and plural downwardly depending legs. The frame work supports the overflooring at a slight (e.g. 1 or 2 degrees) slope from the bin sidewall towards the floor opening. Vibration generators are distributed across the overflooring and can be operated to generate vibration in the overflooring to influence residual particulate towards the floor opening.

WET PARTICLE STORAGE TANK

A wet particle storage tank includes a tank body capable of storing wet particles containing particles and solvent. The tank body has an upper storage section having a supply port through which the wet particles are supplied, a lower storage section located below the upper storage section and having a discharge port through which the wet particles are discharged, and a bridge forming section provided between the upper storage section and the lower storage section. The bridge forming section facilitates formation of a bridge by the wet particles to block falling of the wet particles from the upper storage section to the lower storage section.
