Remote control bulk material monitoring and delivery system
The disclosure provides a system comprising one or more supply tanks; a central cement mixing unit; a support unit comprising a compressor and a power supply; a first valve disposed upstream of each of the one or more supply tanks; a second valve disposed downstream of each of the one or more supply tanks; a controller disposed at the central cement mixing unit; and a secondary controller disposed at each of the one or more supply tanks; wherein the one or more supply tanks are coupled to the central cement mixing unit, wherein the compressor is coupled to each of the one or more supply tanks, wherein the power supply is coupled to the compressor and to each of the one or more supply tanks, wherein the controller is communicatively coupled to each of the secondary controllers and to the support unit.
WET PARTICLE STORAGE TANK
A wet particle storage tank includes a tank body capable of storing wet particles containing particles and solvent. The tank body has an upper storage section having a supply port through which the wet particles are supplied, a lower storage section located below the upper storage section and having a discharge port through which the wet particles are discharged, and a bridge forming section provided between the upper storage section and the lower storage section. The bridge forming section facilitates formation of a bridge by the wet particles to block falling of the wet particles from the upper storage section to the lower storage section.
WET PARTICLE STORAGE TANK
A wet particle storage tank includes a tank body capable of storing wet particles containing particles and solvent. The tank body has an upper storage section having a supply port through which the wet particles are supplied, a lower storage section located below the upper storage section and having a discharge port through which the wet particles are discharged, and a bridge forming section provided between the upper storage section and the lower storage section. The bridge forming section facilitates formation of a bridge by the wet particles to block falling of the wet particles from the upper storage section to the lower storage section.
Proppant dispensing system
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. The proppant container is provided with a system for dislodging the wet sand for subsequent use. This may be done by use of a vibrator or an umbrella valve. In another aspect, the proppant container may be used in combination with a rack having a wash system that slurries the proppant for delivery to a blender tub without necessarily resorting to use of a conveyor belt.
Proppant dispensing system with knife-edge gate
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. A metering conveyor is positioned between a blender tub and a proppant motive mechanism, such as a conveyor or wash system that receives discharge direct from proppant containers of the type normally used to transport sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation. The metering conveyor is fitted with equipment including a knife-edge gate that may be used to facilitate flow control operations.

A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. A metering conveyor is positioned between a blender tub and a proppant motive mechanism, such as a conveyor or wash system that receives discharge direct from proppant containers of the type normally used to transport sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation. The metering conveyor is fitted with equipment including an intermediate surge hopper with a vibration system and a knife-edge gate that may be used to facilitate the operational movement of sand.
