WATERPROOF PRESTRESSING STRUCTURE OF WATER BOTTLES OR CUPS
A waterproof prestressing structure of water bottles or cups, which mainly has a first main body and a second main body, and one surface of an elastic body is integrally provided on the first main body. When the first main body and the second main body are screwed to connect with each other, since the one surface of the elastic body is fixed on the first main body, the one surface of the elastic body connected to the first main body does not deform, and only another surface that contacts the second main body deforms, so that the elastic body does not excessively deform in a tight state, thereby reducing twist or damage of the elastic body caused by screwing. The elastic body is integrally provided on the first main body, so that there is no gap between the elastic body and the first main body.
Spouted pouch adapted to be filled with a flowable product and method of production thereof
In combination a spouted pouch (1) to be filled with a flowable product by a filling machine, a plug (50), and a cap (70). The interference fit plug is releasably mounted over the top end of the neck of the spout body and hermetically seals the product passage of the spout body. The plug is adapted to be removed by the filling machine and to be replaced by pressing the plug onto the neck after filling of the pouch. The plug removal, filling, and replacing of the plug are preferably performed in an aseptic environment. The cap is after the filling of the pouch and the replacing of the plug onto the neck. The capping is preferably performed by a capping machine in a non-aseptic environment.
ROTARY SEALED PACKAGING CONTAINER
The present disclosure belongs to the field of packaging, and provides a rotary sealed packaging container which comprises an outer lid, a hollow inner core and a container body, wherein the inner core is mounted on an opening part of the container body so that the inner core can relatively move in axial direction of the container body and cannot relatively rotate in the circumferential direction, and the outer lid is mounted on the opening part so that the outer lid cannot relatively move in the axial direction and can relatively move in the circumferential direction; the outer lid is internally provided with a hollow thread part, an inner thread is arranged on the inner wall of the thread part, an outer thread is arranged on the outer wall of the inner core, the inner thread of the thread part matches with the outer thread of the inner core.
CLOSURE AND AN ASSEMBLY OF THE CLOSURE WITH A CONTAINER
An assembly of a closure with a container, for sealing of the container, comprises the container having an inner container surface defining a cavity opening to ambient through an opening, the closure comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion having a lower lateral surface, the lower portion being adapted to be inserted into the opening of the container and two grooves provided on the lower lateral surface and adapted to receive two respective sealing members, the two grooves being separated by a predetermined distance, the two sealing members provided in the two respective grooves, the two sealing members being adapted to provide sealing between the lower lateral surface and the inner container surface, wherein the lower lateral surface, the inner container surface and the two auxiliary sealing members together define an annular space and a barrier sealant in the annular space.
Closure caps
A tamper indicating preassembly or kit of parts is provided for protection of a container closure plug receivable in a container opening having a groove or recess formed thereabout. A support ring comprises a radially inwardly directed lip engageable in the groove or recess. A masking membrane may be sealed at its periphery to the support ring. The support ring may further comprise a frangibly attached, inwardly extending, flange or projection. When the plug is received in the container opening and the support ring lip is received in the container opening groove or recess, the masking membrane covers up an upper end of the plug and/or the inwardly extending flange or projection overlaps the upper end of the plug. A protective outer cover may also be provided.
WIRELESS IC TAG AND CONTAINER WITH WIRELESS IC TAG
A container with a wireless IC tag includes a container having a container body and a sealing member for sealing an opening portion of the container body; and a wireless IC tag and a cap seal attached to the container. The container body includes a neck (extending from the opening portion. The wireless IC tag includes an antenna for contactless communication, a wiring for wire break detection, and an IC chip connected to the antenna and the wiring. The cap seal includes a cylindrical member that surrounds the neck, the cylindrical member having a metal section disposed on a side face of the neck. The wireless IC tag is disposed to extend between opposite lateral sides of the neck via the sealing member and is partially sandwiched between the neck and the cylindrical member with the IC chip exposed from the cap seal.
Capsule for Bottle and Apparatus for Use with Capsule
A capsule for covering the top of a bottle includes a lower portion configured to wrap about a neck of the bottle, an upper portion connected to the lower portion and configured to be removed from the lower portion to expose a top of the neck, and a trench formed about a periphery of an upper edge of the lower portion. An assembly used to form the trench in the capsule includes a housing, and a blade extending outwardly from the housing.
Container system
A container system for liquids includes a container body with a mouth, a resilient stopper and a cap. The stopper has a body portion closely received within the mouth, and an annular flange projecting radially outward from the body. A resilient annular spring element is located between the flange of the stopper and the cap, and biases the flange against the mouth of the container when the container is assembled and maintains a seal between the flange and cap. In one embodiment, the spring element has a unitary, tear-drop shaped geometry in cross-section with a rounded bulbous body portion smoothly tapering to a curved, radially-inwardly projecting lip, although the spring element could have other asymmetrical configurations such as a cone, helical, V, S or C shape in cross-section. The spring element defines at least two separate points of contact between the flange of the stopper and cap.
