Travel container having drinking orifice and vent aperture
A container is provided with a lid having a push-button trigger mechanism that operates both a drink seal for a drinking opening and a vent seal for a vent opening. The trigger translates in a straight line transverse to a longitudinal axis of the container body during the entire movement of the trigger to define a straight-line actuation stroke. The vent opening is initially opened during a first portion of the actuation stroke of the trigger, and the drink opening is initially opened during a second portion of the actuation stroke of the trigger.
Closure and lid and method of forming closure and lid
An example lid assembly can include a lid and a slider. The lid can include a wall defining a recess. The slider can be configured to slide in the recess and can be configured to move between a closed position where the slider covers the opening to aid in preventing spilling of contents of the container and an opened position where the slider uncovers the opening such that the contents of the container can be consumed. The slider can be configured to be removable from the lid and can be replaced back on the lid. Additionally, the slider can be configured to lock into place on the recess in both the closed position and the opened position.

Vacuum container for storage of air sensitive materials
A storage container apparatus is provided for storing air sensitive materials under a vacuum. The apparatus includes having a cylindrical container body opened at its upper end and a cap apparatus with an integral air pump to evacuate air from the container body to create a vacuum. The cap apparatus comprises an inner cap with a one-way air valve and an outer cap. The outer cap is slidably nested over the inner cap and confines a central air chamber which fills with air from the container body through the one-way air valve when pulled upwardly in a reciprocating motion. In the down stroke the air is evacuated from the air chamber through vents. The outer cap may include locking mechanism and vacuum level indicator. The outer cap may include an activated carbon cloth insert that suppresses odors from the material stored in the container.

Bait holder with bait cutter
A bait holder includes a multi-purpose lid that has a sliding portion operable to both cut and enclose bait within a bait container.
Lid for Container
A lid can include a lid body having an opening and locking projection and a flip cover may include a flip cover flange where the flip cover can be configured to cover the opening. A release mechanism can include a latching mechanism for receiving the flange of the flip cover to secure the flip cover in the closed position. A locking slider may include an arm having a distal end that can be configured to interfere with the locking projection of the lid body to prevent the release mechanism from rotating and releasing the flip cover. The locking slider can be displaced such that the distal end of the arm moves away from the locking projection of the lid body and the release mechanism is permitted to move the latching mechanism away from the flip cover flange and the flip cover can be moved into an open position.
TAMPER-EVIDENT PACKAGING STRUCTURE INCORPORATED INTO A CONTAINER COVER AND AN ASSEMBLY
A container cover comprises two halves that are integrally-molded. The two halves are connected by a common pivot point or hinge that is disposed to one side of each half which allows the halves to be folded over and onto one another. One half is a solid cover or lid structure (the lid) and one half is a ring-like base structure (the base), both of which are intended to be disposed atop a container, with the base in direct contact with the container although the lid and base could be modified the include other engaging structure. The lid is configured to fit with and engage the base via the common hinge or pivot point. Opposite the hinge point of each structure is part of a lock structure that provides the tamper-evident functionality when the lid is folded over and attached to the base.
SEALED CONTAINER FOR BEVERAGES
A sealed container (1) for beverages, especially pressurised beverages, comprises a cup (2) with an open top (3) and a lip (4) circumscribing the open top, and a sealing lid (5) heat welded to the lip (4). The paperboard lid comprises a micron-sized pressure release aperture (6) providing pressure regulation within the cup when the beverage is disturbed. The container includes a removable transport cap (13) for sealing engagement with the top of the cup (2) having a top panel (14) and a skirt (16) circumscribing the top panel, in which the top panel includes a first annular sealing head (19) configured to abut the sealing lid (5) when the plastic lid is engaged on the top of the cup. 12. A welding machine (33) for sealing the sealing lid (5) to the lip (4) of the cup (5) is also described.
