CAP AND CONTAINER ASSEMBLIES
A cap and container assembly includes a container having a base and a side wall extending upward from the base. The base and the side wall define an interior, and the side wall defines an opening leading to the interior. A cap moves with respect to the container between an opened position in which the opening is exposed, and a closed position in which the cap covers the opening. A tab projects outward from the cap and has a bottom surface. A spacer projects from the container side wall at a location beneath the tab when the assembly is in the closed position. The spacer bends inward towards the container in response to application of a sufficient force, to move from a locked position that blocks the bottom surface of the tab, to an unlocked position to expose at least a portion of the bottom surface of the tab.
Container with a child-proof lock
A container having a container body (2) comprises a container wall (3) and forms a receiving space (4) for goods to be packaged (5). The container comprises a discharge opening (6) for discharging the goods to be packaged (5) and a container closure (10) for closing the discharge opening (6). The container closure (10) comprises a lid (12) which can assume a closed position for closing the discharge opening (6) and an open position for opening the discharge opening (6). The container further comprises a child-proof lock (30) including first and second locking elements (18, 19). The first and second locking elements (18, 19) can assume a mutual locked position in which the lid (12) is fixed in the closed position, and wherein the first and second locking elements (18, 19) can be moved to a release position in which the lid (12) can be moved to the open position.
Tethered closure device
A tethered closure device for a beverage container, a cap element and a beverage container. It is provided that a tethered closure device for a beverage container comprises the following components: A frame device and a cap element with an at least partially connected recloseable lid element, wherein the cap element is rotatable disposed to the frame device. The tethered closure device further comprises at least two temper evident elements, wherein the first temper evident element is disposed between the cap element and the frame device and the second temper evident element is disposed between the cap element and the lid element. Furthermore, a cap element and a beverage container is provided.
Tray with Lid
A tray with lid has a bottom tray with a plurality of compartments each having a bottom surface and upwardly extending sidewalls that extend upwardly from the bottom surface to a perimeter opening. A top surface of the bottom tray joins the plurality of compartments together and extends to a perimeter edge that extends outwardly past the outermost upwardly extending sidewalls to form an outer ledge that surrounds the plurality of compartments. A top lid has a generally planar sheet body having a top surface and a bottom surface that extend to a perimeter edge adapted to fit over the ledge of the bottom tray. The top lid further includes a rigid plate in the form of a sheet body having an outer perimeter that is sized and shaped to fit over the bottom tray, wherein the sheet body includes cutouts that form recessed portions of the top lid. The rigid plate is molded within a resilient outer covering of the top lid, such that only the resilient outer covering extends over the recessed portions.
CONTAINER SYSTEM AND BRACKET THEREFOR
The present disclosure discloses a container system comprising: a container having an opening with a rim; a lid for covering the opening, the lid being movable between an open position and a closed position in which the lid covers the opening; and a bracket secured to the rim, the bracket having a raised portion spaced from the rim and defining an open chamber between the raised portion and the rim, wherein the raised portion includes a bracket aperture that is positioned to be aligned with a corresponding lid aperture in the lid when the lid is in the closed position, and wherein a gap in the raised portion extends from the bracket aperture to an edge of the raised portion.
PACKAGE WITH LOCKING MECHANISM INCLUDING FLEXIBLE MEMBER HAVING ENGAGING STRUCTURE BETWEEN ELBOW AND FRONT SURFACE OF CONTACT STRUCTURE
The package includes a base, a primary lid connected to an upper portion of the base via a first hinge, the primary lid and the base collectively defining a primary storage area when the primary lid is in a closed position, and a locking mechanism on a first end of the package, the locking mechanism including a flexible member including a first segment and a second segment that are connected by an elbow, the first segment being connected to the primary lid, a distal end of the second segment including at least one contact structure, the flexible member including at least one first engaging structure between the elbow and a front surface of the at least one contact structure, a second engaging structure on a first wall of the base, the flexible member being in a first position when the primary lid is in the closed position.
Container having a lockable cover
A container includes two cover halves outwardly and inwardly pivotable via hinges. Retaining hooks for locking the cover halves are arranged at the upper edges of two walls. The cover halves have openings along their sides for receiving the retaining hooks. Moving the retaining hook toward the center of the side walls preloads a spring element. For locking, the cover halves are pivoted inward and pressed onto the retaining hooks, which slide toward the center of the side walls and penetrate into the openings. The retaining hooks are moved back and snap in on the top side of the cover halves. Protrusions on the retaining hooks and on the underside of the cover halves raise and keep the cover halves raised during unlocking.
Dispensing Lid
A dispensing lid includes a gasket seat circumscribing a body aperture through a lid body. A body seal formed of a continuous material in common includes a gasket with a concave profile having an upper sloped surface, a lower sloped surface, and a neck joining the upper and lower sloped surfaces such that the upper and lower sloped surfaces decrease in diameter toward the neck. The gasket seat is complementary to the concave profile of the gasket. A drinking insert selectively engageable with and disengageable from the body seal includes a dispensing conduit passing through the drinking insert. The drinking insert seals with the body seal and, in turn, the body seal gasket seals with the gasket seat when the drinking insert is engaged with the body seal and, in turn, the body seal is engaged with the body.
