BEVERAGE CONTAINER LID WITH LATCHING HANDLE
Some embodiments described herein are directed to a lid for a beverage container including a lid base, a closure, and a handle. The lid base may define a drinking opening therethrough. The closure may be coupled to the lid base and movable between a closed position in which the closure covers the drinking opening and an open position in which the closure does not cover the drinking opening. The handle may be coupled to the lid base and rotatable about a handle rotation axis. When the closure is in the closed position, the closure remains in the closed position when the handle is rotated within a first handle range. In response to the handle being rotated beyond the first handle range when the closure is in the closed position, the closure automatically moves from the closed position to the open position.
FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER
A storage container may include a frame structure having a hinge with a pivot axis, a first frame component, and a second frame component coupled to the first frame component by a hinge; a first shell and a second shell; and one or more securing structures configured to facilitate isolation of an interior volume from the space exterior to the interior volume and maintenance of the storage container in a closed configuration. The first shell and second shell may be configured to be releasably secured by the first frame component and second frame component, respectively. When the first shell is secured by the first frame component, the second shell is secured by the second frame component, and the storage container is a closed configuration, an interior volume bounded by the frame structure, first shell and second shell may be isolated from a space exterior to the interior volume.
Lid
A lid for outfitting a container is provided. The lid includes a cover shell defining a first cavity, a clamp including a frustum portion, a hinge member constructed to pivotally interconnect the clamp with the cover shell. The cover shell is releasably lockable to the clamp.
Cup lid with locking and delayed release
A cup lid with locking and delayed release includes a lid and a lid base coupled to the cup. The lid is hindgedly attached to the lid base, with a locking and release assembly with a selectively locking and unlocking button that is linked to a rocker latch defined by an inner locking hook and an outer locking hook. The lid includes a catch inner hook engageable to the inner locking hook on the rocker latch, and a catch outer look engageable to the outer locking hook on the rocker latch.
HOUSING CASE FOR FUSION SPLICER AND FUSION SPLICER SET
A housing case for a fusion splicer is a housing case for housing the fusion splicer for an optical fiber. The housing case for a fusion splicer includes a case main body including a first side wall, and a lid body attached to the case main body to be openable and closable. The lid body includes a second side wall configured to match the first side wall when closed. At least one of the first side wall and the second side wall includes an insertion portion configured for a cable extending from the inside of the housing case to the outside thereof to be inserted through the insertion portion in a state where the lid body is closed with respect to the case main body.
Snap action container
A snap action container includes: a cover plate and a container body; wherein the cover plate is rotatably connected to the container body by a rotation shaft, and covered on the container body; an elastomer receiving chamber is arranged at a position, corresponding to the rotation shaft, on the container body, an elastomer being inclinedly disposed in the elastomer receiving chamber, and one end of the elastomer being abutted against the rotation shaft; and when the cover plate is covered on the container body, the cover plate drives the rotation shaft to rotate, such that the rotation shaft presses against the elastomer to cause the elastomer to be subjected to elastic deformation.
VIAL WITH LID ATTACHMENT MECHANISM
A re-sealable container is disclosed having a lid, a body, an attachment mechanism, and a seal. The seal may extend from, or be attached to, the lid and engage at least a portion of the body, such as the side wall, including the body sealing surface and/or the lip. The engagement of the seal and body creates a seal that prevents the ingress of moisture and ambient conditions into an interior space of the body. The attachment mechanism may retain the lid in a seated, closed position on the body. The configuration of the seal and attachment mechanism accommodate a degree of error in the joining and placement of the lid and body while allowing for both the formation of a seal between the lid and body and the locking of the lid when the lid is in a closed position.
Household thin paper sheet storing container
A household tissue paper storing container includes a container body that stores household tissue paper and has an outlet through which the household thin paper sheet is taken out, an open/close lid that is pivotably provided to the container body and closes the outlet, a latch that latches the open/close lid in a closed state and that, in response to being unlocked, opens the open/close lid, and a biasing portion that presses the open/close lid in an opening direction. The latch includes an open/close-lid-side latch portion that is provided at the open/close lid, a button moving portion that is a flexible portion provided at the container body, and a button portion that is moved up and down by the button moving portion and has a button-side latch portion that engages the open/close-lid-side latch portion.
SOFT-SIDED INSULATED CONTAINER WITH HARD-SIDED LINER
A soft-sided insulated container that has a rigid closure. The rigid closure has a first closure interface that is a passive friction fit in which one part wipes another. The rigid closure has a second closure interface that is an active closure in which a mechanical device, such as a latch or clamp, is used positively to energize a closure between different parts of the closure. The container has a vent. The latch operates to close the vent. The soft-sided insulated container has a soft-sided external casing, and a rigid internal liner that includes a mating rigid lid. There is a releasable securement that holds the liner in engagement with the casing, but that can be released to permit the casing to be extracted from the liner. The releasable securement is a one-way passively engageable securement.
CLOSURE WITH BONDED TAMPER EVIDENCE
A closure for a container includes an annular base to be fixed to the upper rim of a container and a lid. The lid is adapted to be moved to an open position, in which access is gained to the container. A locking member is attached to the base and to the lid so as to lock the lid relative to the base such that movement of the lid relative to the annular base is prevented. The locking member includes at least one tamper-evident lug welded to an attachment surface of the lid or the annular base and a frangible connection integrally adjoining the tamper-evident lug.
