PREFORM ASSEMBLY, DOUBLE CONTAINER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DOUBLE CONTAINER
A preform assembly includes: an outer preform that includes an outer mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the outer mouth portion and in which a recess extending in a vertical direction is provided on an inner surface of the stretch portion; and an inner preform that includes an inner mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the inner mouth portion, wherein an outside air introduction port communicating with a part between the outer preform and the inner preform is provided in a mouth portion composed of the outer mouth portion and the inner mouth portion located on an inner side of the outer mouth portion.
Plastics material bottle with intersecting tension bands
Provided is a plastic container with a bottom area and a main body, which adjoins the bottom area in a longitudinal direction of the plastic container, wherein the main body includes a wall which extends all the way around in a circumferential direction of the plastic container and an opening area which at least indirectly adjoins the main body in the longitudinal direction and has a container opening, wherein the circumferential wall of the main body includes at least one first groove and/or elevation extending in a first direction and at least one second groove and/or elevation extending in a second direction.
Hot fill container with corner support column
The present application provides a container for a beverage filled in a hot fill process. The container may include a finish, a body section, and a base. The body section may include a number of support columns and a number of body panels. Each of the support columns may include a first raised mid-section extending into a first body panel and a second raised mid-section extending into a second body panel.
Shaped metal container, microstructure, a method for making a shaped metal container
The principles of the present invention further provide both a shaped metal container and its preforms that exhibit a rounded grain structure characteristic created by an annealing process and a method for making a shaped metal container. The process of making said metal container results in a quicker process time and uses less metals (at least 10% metal weight savings), thus allowing for a decrease in the costs of making such shaped metal containers. A shaped metal container may include work hardened rolled sheet-metal defining a sidewall, an opening, and a base, where at least one section along the sidewall has grains with an average aspect ratio less than about 4 to 1.
DOUBLE CONTAINER
A double container includes an inner container and an outer container, has a mouth portion, a body portion and a bottom portion disposed in this order from top to bottom along a direction of a bottle axis, and includes an outside air introduction hole. The bottom wall portion of the bottom portion includes a ground contact portion and a recessed portion. A peripheral wall portion of the depressed portion extends inward in a radial direction as it goes upward. A plurality of ridge portions protruding radially inward are provided on the peripheral wall portion of the depressed portion at intervals in a circumferential direction. The peripheral wall portion of the depressed portion or the ridge portion extends inward in the radial direction via a step portion as it goes upward.
LIQUID CONTAINER FOR MASS STORAGE, TRANSPORT, AND DISPLAY
A thin-walled plastic container for storing liquids having a pour spout on a top and a handle disposed at a point near the pour spout to a point on a front of the container. In preferred embodiments, ridges are formed into portions of the corners and edges of the container and container body to add structural support. The characteristics of the present invention allow for enhanced storage and display capability, easier product transport, and increased durability.
SYNTHETIC RESIN-MADE CONTAINER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN-MADE CONTAINER
A synthetic resin-made container is a synthetic resin-made container that has an outer layer body and an inner layer body separably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body and is formed by stretch blow molding, and includes: a tubular mouth portion; a barrel portion connected to and located below the mouth portion; and a bottom portion closing a lower end of the barrel portion, wherein the outer layer body contains polyethylene terephthalate, the inner layer body contains polyethylene terephthalate, a laminate containing polyethylene terephthalate, or a blend containing polyethylene terephthalate, and has a vapor-deposited film having a gas barrier property on an inner surface thereof, and a rib that prevents the inner layer body from peeling away from the outer layer body when forming the vapor-deposited film is formed in at least one of a lower part of the barrel portion and the bottom portion.
DELAMINATION CONTAINER
A container with separable laminated layers includes an outer layer body, an inner layer body separably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body and capable of undergoing volume reduction and deformation, and an ambient air inlet extending between the outer layer body and the inner layer body. The container has a bottle shape with a tubular mouth, a shoulder that is continuous with the mouth, a trunk that is continuous with the shoulder, and a bottom that is continuous with the trunk. The trunk includes a squeeze area. The squeeze area has a substantially polygonal tubular shape with three or more panel-shaped portions, and three or more corner portions that each connect adjacent panel-shaped portions.
GRIP CONTAINER SYSTEM
A food packaging container is provided. The container comprises a molded body defining a longitudinal axis, and including a plurality of sides and a plurality of axial corners. Each corner has a recess including a first portion and a second portion. Each of the first portions includes an axial grip surface where the grip surfaces are aligned with the body in an orientation for gripping. In some embodiments, packaging products, containers, handles, tooling, applicators and methods are disclosed.
