CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A container may comprise a tubular body having a rounded sidewall extending between a closed end defining a base portion and an opposite open end surrounded by a rim portion, and one or more sets of grooves defined within the vertical portion of the rounded sidewall. The base portion is configured to support the container in an upright orientation relative to a support surface and wherein the base portion defines a support ring having an at least substantially rounded perimeter. The rounded sidewall comprises a curved base transition region and a vertical portion extending between the perimeter of the base portion and the rim portion along a central axis. Each of the grooves comprises a length and a width, wherein the length is longer than the width. The grooves extend between the base portion and the rim portion along the length.

CONTAINER APPARATUS

A container has a container body extending along a longitudinal axis from a bottom end to a top end. The container body may define an internal cavity for holding a substance. The container body may include one or more shoulders, such as a first and/or second shoulder (e.g., axial shoulder). The shoulders may be located at the top end of the container. The container may include a neck located (e.g., nesting) between the first and second axial shoulder. The neck may be configured to accept a closure device. The neck may have an inner surface that defines a passageway into the internal cavity. The container may include one or more impact absorbing regions, such as a first axial impact absorbing region. The first axial impact absorbing region may be configured to absorb an axial force applied to the first axial shoulder and/or the second axial shoulder.

Double container

A double container has an outer layer body and an inner layer body mainly made of a polyester resin and is formed by biaxial stretch blow molding, and includes: a mouth portion; a shoulder portion, gradually increasing in diameter in a downward direction, and having an outward protruding curved shape over a length in a vertical direction in a longitudinal section; a barrel portion; and a bottom portion, wherein the mouth portion has an outside air introduction port for introducing outside air between the outer layer body and the inner layer body, and the double container includes a shoulder rib that is concave or convex as seen from outside and at least extends from an upper end of the shoulder portion to the lower end of the shoulder portion.

GRIP CONTAINER SYSTEM

A food packaging container is provided. The container comprises a molded body defining a longitudinal axis, and including a plurality of sides and a plurality of axial corners. Each corner has a recess including a first portion and a second portion. Each of the first portions includes an axial grip surface where the grip surfaces are aligned with the body in an orientation for gripping. In some embodiments, packaging products, containers, handles, tooling, applicators and methods are disclosed.

RESIN MADE CONTAINER

A resin made container includes a spout portion acting as an outlet for contents, a shoulder portion continuous with the spout portion, a body portion continuous with the shoulder portion, and a bottom portion continuous with the body portion and closing a lower end of the body portion. The body portion includes a plurality of approximately quadrangular shaped panel portions each having an upper side and a lower side thereof displaced; and between adjacent panel portions, a chevron-shaped rib is provided. Also, there is provided an annular receded rib which is receded to the inner side of the resin made container and which extends in a circumferential direction of the resin made container. The receded rib includes a plurality of protruding ribs protruding in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the receded rib, the protruding ribs being receded from the surface of the resin made container.

Doubled-walled container

A double-walled container includes a plurality of ribs. The plurality of ribs include at least one expanded diameter part rib whose upper end is disposed immediately below at least one diameter expansion part of ring and at least one intermittent part rib whose upper end is disposed immediately below at least one intermittent part of ring located immediately below at least one air introduction hole. The at least one intermittent part includes an extending portion extending beyond the upper end of the at least one expanded diameter part rib.

HOT FILL CONTAINER WITH CORNER SUPPORT COLUMN

The present application provides a container for a beverage filled in a hot fill process. The container may include a finish, a body section, and a base. The body section may include a number of support columns and a number of body panels. Each of the support columns may include a first raised mid-section extending into a first body panel and a second raised mid-section extending into a second body panel.

DELAMINATION CONTAINER

A delamination container includes a bottle-shaped outer layer body including a mouth, a barrel and a bottom and an inner layer body releasably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body, the mouth being provided with an ambient air introduction hole passing through the outer layer body, in which a lower portion of the mouth is provided with a neck ring which has a notch circumferentially outside of at least a portion immediately below the ambient air introduction hole; and the notch is provided within a range of 60 on both sides of a radial reference line passing through an axial center of the ambient air introduction hole and radially extending, in a planar view of the container.

Container and method of manufacturing the same

Various embodiments are directed to a container comprising: a spout, a base portion, and a plurality of alternating long sidewalls and short sidewalls extending away from the base portion to the spout. The plurality of alternating long sidewalls and short sidewalls collectively define a vertical portion extending away from the base portion, a downward sloping planar top portion extending away from the spout, and a gradually curved transition region extending between the vertical portion and the downward sloping planar top portion. The container comprises a strength protrusion surrounding the spout and defined within the downward sloping planar top portion and one or more vertical grooves defined within at least one of the long sidewalls or the short sidewalls.

Lightweight container base

A container defining a longitudinal axis and a transverse direction that is transverse with respect to the longitudinal axis. The container includes a finish and a sidewall portion extending from the finish. A plurality of ribs are defined by the sidewall.
