The container has a lid structure comprising two lid panels. The first lid panel forms at least a part of the top wall. The second lid panel forms at least part of one of the side walls. When the container is in the erected condition the lid structure can have one of, and be moved between, a closed configuration; top load configuration; and, front load configuration. The front load configuration has two variants. In a first front load configuration the first and second lid panels remain connected to each other and are moved so that they are in a substantial face to face relationship. In the second front load configuration the second lid panel is pivoted to lie on top of the first lid panel.

Pallet container including feet clearance
10961035 · 2021-03-30 · ·

A pallet container having a thin-walled rigid plastics material inner container, a tubular lattice frame of horizontal and vertical tubular bars as a supporting jacket, and a base pallet on which the plastics-material inner container bears and to which the tubular lattice frame is fixedly connected. The base pallet is configured as a frame pallet having corner feet and central feet and a clearance in the corner feet and the central feet is provided on the base. The clearance is configured such that when stacking two pallet containers the uppermost encircling horizontal tubular bar of the tubular lattice frame of a pallet container stacked therebelow engages or nests in a mutually adapted and form-fitting manner in the clearance. a secure transportation of two stacked pallet containers, a deeper clearance is formed such that it is deeper in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or radial direction.

PALLET CONTAINER

The present invention relates to a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting in particular hazardous liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a thin-walled rigid inner container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material, having a tubular lattice frame (14) of horizontal and vertical tubular bars (18, 20) which are welded to one another, said tubular lattice frame (14) as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material inner container (12), and having a base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material inner container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected, wherein the base pallet (16) is configured as a composite embodiment or as a frame pallet having corner feet (22) and central feet (24) from plastics material, steel, or timber, wherein for stacking pallet containers (10) of identical types on top of one another a clearance (32) in the corner feet (22) and the central feet (24) is provided on the base along the external edges of all four sidewalls of the base pallet (16), said clearance (32) being configured such that when stacking two pallet containers (10) on top of one another, the uppermost encircling horizontal tubular bar (18) of the tubular lattice frame (14) of a pallet container (10) stacked therebelow engages or nests in a mutually adapted and form-fitting manner in the clearance (32), wherein for a secure transportation of two filled pallet containers (10) stacked on top of one another by means of a forklift truck, a deeper clearance (32) is formed such that it is deeper, i.e. up to twice as deep (or high) in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or radial direction.

COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER

A collapsible container includes a base having a base wall with a plurality of support surfaces separated by a longitudinal drainage channel and a plurality of lateral drainage channels intersecting the longitudinal drainage channel. The drainage channels are lower than the support surfaces. The base wall does not include any openings therethrough, so the drainage channels retain fluid leaking from products or packages in the container. The base may further include a plurality of troughs proximate edges of the base. The plurality of troughs are lower than the drainage channels. Walls are pivotably mounted to the base and are pivotable between an upright position and a collapsed position.

A REUSABLE BIN ASSEMBLY
20200231333 · 2020-07-23 ·

A bin assembly including: a container having a base and sidewalls extending upwardly and outwardly from the base; at least one locking portion disposed on the base; a pallet; and at least one locking mechanism disposed on the pallet, complementary to the at least one locking portion, wherein relative rotation between the container and the pallet engages or disengages the at least one locking portion and at least one locking mechanism to respectively lock or unlock the pallet and the container.

STRUCTURAL BLOCK ASSEMBLY

A block assembly for connecting a first section and a second section of a load bearing assembly includes a male fitting and a female fitting. The male fitting includes a male fitting body and a projection extending from the male fitting body. The female fitting includes a female fitting body and defines a fitting cavity extending within an interior of the female fitting body. The male fitting couples with the female fitting by inserting the male fitting body within the fitting cavity and moving the male fitting body toward a base of the female fitting. The projection on the male fitting interacts with an interlocking joint on the female fitting to resist detachment of the male fitting with respect to the female fitting.

INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER

A container for the transport and storage of goods includes an internal fillable tank and an external support structure surrounding the tank. The external support structure has a base structure arranged below the tank, such that a base of the tank is supported on the base structure. The external support structure also has an upper support structure arranged above the tank for absorbing loads exerted on the tank from above. The base structure includes a plurality of lower column portions, and the upper support structure includes a plurality of corresponding upper column portions, which each project from opposing faces of the base structure and the upper support structure respectively and which meet somewhere along the height of the tank, thereby forming a number of columns for laterally supporting the tank.
