Placement of tracking devices on pallets
Various approaches for attaching tracking devices to pallets allow pallets to be remotely tracked through any phase of a transportation lifecycle. In a first approach, one or more electronic components of a tracking device may be disposed within a cavity of a block of a pallet. In a second approach, one or more electronic components of a tracking device may be disposed within a strut that interfaces between two beams of a pallet. In a third approach, one or more electronic components of a tracking device may be disposed within a cavity of a beam.
Transport container
A transport container for carrying objects includes a base for supporting the objects. Opposing first and second side walls are operatively connected to the base. At least one of the side walls is movable between an extended position and a contracted position. The transport container has a first width between the first and second side walls when at least one of the side walls is in the extended position and a second width between the side walls when at least one of the side walls is in the contracted position. The second width is different from the first width. The first and second side walls are also movable between a deployed position and a collapsed position. The transport container has a first height when the side walls are in the deployed position and a second height different than the first height when the side walls are in the collapsed position.
Clasp For Tethering
A clasp or clamp secures a string or rope, such as made from stretch wrap, to an object such as in securing an object to a pallet for shipping. The clasp or clamping device readily secures one end of the string and allows for tightening of the string through pulling a second end of the string through a second portion of the clasp or clamping device. The second end of the string can be tied off or secured on the second portion of the clasp or claiming device. The clasp or clamping device further includes at least two protrusions extending from one of the first end and the second end, the at least two protrusions defining a space there-between. The space between the at least two protrusions includes a narrow portion to impede slippage of the string.
Air freight container and/or air freight pallet
The invention relates to an air freight container and/or air freight pallet with a flat bottom wall and/or side wall, at least two guide devices arranged on the bottom wall and/or side wall, two connecting elements, wherein a fastening region assigned to a first end of the connecting element in each case extends over part of the connecting element, and a fixing element for fixing an item to be transported transportable by means of the air freight container and/or air freight pallet, wherein the fixing element is connected at the first end thereof to the fastening region of one connecting element and at the second end thereof, which is opposite the first end, is connected to the fastening region of the other connecting element, the connecting elements each have, at a second end arranged opposite the first end, a latching device designed for latching into the corresponding guide device, and at least one guide device is formed in such a way that the latching device can be latched into the guide device at different, spaced-apart positions along the planar extent of the bottom wall and/or side wall.
Reinforced gaylord container
A reinforced Gaylord container is provided storage and transport, including stacked storage on a pallet. A core is provided for supporting a majority of a vertical load on the container, instead of such load being delivered to sidewalls. A positioning insert is provided for positioning the core within the container. A plurality of such containers may be placed on respective pallets and stacked.
Interlocking Pallet with Wheels and Breaking System
A pallet with wheels and breaking system, that can be interlocked with other pallets. The pallet has five sets of wheels that can be locked or unlocked using the fork rubber or pressing a switch. The wheel breaking system includes a fork breaking rod, wheel transfer gear wheel, wheel transfer rod, wheel braking pin, wheel transfer gear wheel bearing, wheel rotating bearing, and wheel breaking pin springs. The pallet has locking rings around the perimeter, allowing the pallet to interlock with other pallets by pressing a switch. The locking ring locking system includes a locking ring transfer gear wheel, locking ring transfer rod guide, locking ring transfer rod, locking ring ball engaging rod, locking ring ball guide, locking ring ball pusher, and locking ring ball. The pallet further includes corner bumpers, load stabilizers, wheel insets, and shelf rack bars that can be extended for additional support and shelving units.
Pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass
The present invention relates to a pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass, and particularly, to a pallet apparatus for transportation of car glass according to the present invention includes: a pallet on which a car glass is loaded; and legs including front legs which are spaced apart from each other, disposed at left and right front sides of the pallet, and installed to be foldable in a front-rear direction, and rear legs which are spaced apart from the front legs, installed to be foldable in the front-rear direction, and disposed at a rear side of the pallet so that the car glass is leaned on the rear legs, wherein a lateral width between the front legs is greater than that between the rear legs, when the front legs and the rear legs are folded, the front legs and the rear legs are located at mutual side portions thereof, and efficiency of car glass transportation is high and cost is decreased due to the above configuration.
SECURING DEVICE
A securing device includes a base and a sheet placed on the base. The sheet includes a hole. A securing support is disposed opposite the hole of the sheet. A coupler secures the sheet to the base through the securing support. The securing support includes a contact face that contacts the coupler. The contact face includes a notch through which the securing support is removed from the coupler to separate the base from the sheet without removing the coupler.
