Closure for a container
A closure includes a body having an open bottom formed of a skirt that defines an outer periphery of the body and an end wall defining a body dispensing aperture and a raised body portion providing a closed barrier. The closure also includes a cover coupled to the end wall of the body and having a cover dispensing aperture, the cover being rotatably movable relative to the body between a dispensing position with the cover dispensing aperture substantially aligned with the body dispensing aperture, and a closed position with the cover dispensing aperture substantially aligned with the raised body portion, wherein the cover dispensing aperture includes one or more dividers defining sub-apertures.
Containers and lids and methods of forming containers and lids
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a closure, the closure having an upper portion with a handle that has a circular curvature equal to the cylindrical portion of the closure. The closure may also have a lower portion that is joined to the upper portion by an injection molded polymer element.
Locking system with multiple latches
A locking system provides multiple lockable latching mechanisms that are collectively operable and lockable from a central actuation mechanism. Each latching mechanism can be positioned and actuated independent of the positioning of others of the latching mechanisms. In particular, the latching mechanisms need not be aligned with one another. The system uses flexible connectors between the central actuation mechanism and the respective latching mechanisms. The flexible connectors can have different respective lengths.
Detachable container for strawberries
Detachable container for strawberries which allows the transport, storage, presentation and consumption of the fruit in optimum conditions and with minimum handling from harvesting until consumption, formed by the joining through fitting by pressure between triangular cross-sectional-shaped cavities and protuberances of a base and a lid respectively, the base having cells to house the individual pieces of fruit. The number and the size of cells depend on the characteristics of the strawberries that they must contain. The container may be separated into up to four sub-units by simple pulling along diagonal tear lines, and it has retracting handles on its sides to facilitate its transport, as well as a central orifice to thread the containers on a vertical rod in the point-of-sale and obtain a more attractive presentation.
JOBSITE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
A jobsite communications center including a communications module including an electrical power source, at least one speaker and at least one antenna and a toolbox-like housing for enclosing the communications module and having a handle and first and second connection assemblies, the first connection assembly enabling readily-disconnectable and reconnectable stacking interconnection of the communications center with tool boxes, the second connection assembly enabling readily-disconnectable and reconnectable mounting of the communication center on a toolbox-carrying cart in a manner similar to connection of toolboxes thereto.
TRANSPORTABLE CONTAINER
In an embodiment, a transportable container may include a container portion with an opening into an interior space; a lid for closing the opening; a handle for carrying the container; and a pivotable side latch, pivotally connected to the lid, moveable between a retaining position and a storage position. The pivotable side latch may be configured to engage a retaining structure of another container when the pivotable side latch is in the retaining position. The pivotable side latch may be configured to be in a depression of the lid when the pivotable side latch is in the storage position. With the container in an upright position, the pivotable side latch may automatically move toward the depression when the pivotable side latch is released from the retaining position. The container portion may include a retaining structure with an upward-projecting lip configured to engage a pivotable side latch of a further container.
FLUID CONTAINER COVER WITH AXIS STRAW
A fluid container cover includes a cap having an outer and an inner surface. The inner surface is capable of being coupled to the fluid container. A spout includes a drinking portion, an actuation portion and a curved, distal end. The spout is capable of being actuated from a first closed position to a second open position by an external force. A flexible tube is coupled inside of the spout, and has a first end and a second end. An air venting component has a nub and a plurality of air vent holes. When the spout is in the first closed position, the flexible tube is deformed preventing flow through the spout. When the spout is actuated from the first closed position to the second open position, the curved, distal end of the spout deflects the nub allowing passage of air with the fluid container.
CONTAINER WITH MAGNETIC CAP AND CONTAINER HOLDER
A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The container can be sealed by a lid structure and the lid structure may include a rotatable handle. The container may further have a holder used to engage the container and the holder and container may be configured to lock to each other.
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY WITH ADJUSTABLE MOUNT STRUCTURES
In an embodiment, an apparatus for storing articles includes: a frame; mount structures adjustably connectable to the frame so as to enable a height adjustment thereof on the frame; containers releasably connectable to the mount structures, thus enabling a height adjustment of each of the containers; and releasable connections between respective ones of the containers and the mount structures. Each of the releasable connections (between a container of the containers and a mount structure of the mount structures) is configured to enable the container to be releasably connected to the mount structure, where the releasable connection couples the container with the mount structure along a sidewall of the container.
Container with magnetic cap
A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening.
