A container for storing a plurality of food items having a base portion with a peripheral edge at a base peripheral edge plane. The base portion can include a plurality of cavities with each cavity having an interior wall surface extending up a first axis from a cavity base wall. At least a first portion of the interior wall surface terminates at a cavity rim formed where the first portion of the interior wall surface intersects with the peripheral edge surface, wherein an exterior cavity rim portion can be formed by the plurality of cavities. An interior support member formed within the base portion can extend up from the base portion to a first plane above the peripheral edge plane. A lid support member can extend down from the top surface of the lid portion and contact the top surface of the interior support member.
LID, METHOD OF PRODUCING LID, AND MOLDS FOR FORMING MOLDED PULP
A method of producing a lid including a top plate and a side wall extending downward from a periphery of the top plate, using molds, the molds including a papermaking mold and a drying mold. The top plate is provided with an abutting part abutting against an edge of an opening of a container, while an undercut part to be fitted to a lower part of the edge is formed on the side wall so as to be located below the abutting part. The papermaking mold is provided with suction holes at a level corresponding to a level of the undercut part formed on an inner surface of the side wall. The side wall is suctioned using the suction holes when a molded article is at least in one of several states to form the undercut part in a convex shape on the inner surface of the side wall.
SINGLE USE SUBSTANCE FILLED INSERT FOR DISPOSABLE BEVERAGE LIDS
Embodiments of the disclosed technology are directed to devices, systems and/or methods for storing a substance in the lid of a disposable container. Specifically, the disclosed technology is directed to a lid for use with disposable cups such as hot beverage cups. The lid may have a recess adapted to receive a sealed substance-filled receptacle. The receptacle may be adapted to be detachably received into the recess such that it may be released from the recess by user before, during or after the consumption of the contents of the cup. The receptacle may reside in the lid in a manner which does not inhibit the use of the cup and/or lid as intended. Moreover, the receptacle may be substantially flush with the surface of the lid such that there is no resulting protrusion. The substance enclosed in the receptacle may be, for example, an oral hygiene product.
PAPER CUP OF DUAL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A paper cup of a dual structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an inner paper part having a plurality of diameter adjusting portions formed at predetermined angle intervals on one surface; a drink receiving part formed extending from one end of the inner paper part and bending formed into the inner portion of the inner paper part; and a drinking part formed at a boundary between the inner paper part and the drink receiving part and curled in a radially outward direction of the drink receiving part.
Bottle assembly and valve assembly
A bottle assembly is provided including a bottle having an end portion with a first detent formation, and a collar having a second complementary detent formation. The collar is arranged to snap fit to the end portion by engagement of the detent formations by application of force only in a direction towards the bottle. In addition, a valve assembly for use with a drinking vessel is provided including a base member and a sealing member. The sealing member is moveable, dependent on a pressure difference across it, between a sealed position, wherein the sealing member is sealed against the base member, and an unsealed position, wherein the sealing member is unsealed from the base member. One or more channels are formed between the base member and the sealing member and are arranged to allow air to enter the drinking vessel when the sealing member is in the unsealed position.
Shaker bottle with magnetic elements for temporary securement to exercise equipment
A protein shaker bottle or similar beverage container that has one or more magnets on its outer surface. The magnets allow for the shaker bottle to magnetically adhere to a metallic or ferrous surface. The inventive bottle allows a user to quickly and temporarily adhere the bottle to a piece of gym equipment on a gym floor.
CHILD RESISTANT CONTAINER AND METHOD OF OPENING SAME
A child resistant container is for containing at least one product, such as medicine. The child resistant container includes a body, a lid, and a directing portion. The body has an end portion defining an opening leading to an interior of the body. The lid is connected to the body via a hinge, and includes a cover portion and a protrusion extending outwardly therefrom. The cover portion is configured to move between a FIRST position corresponding to the cover portion covering the opening, and a SECOND position corresponding to the cover portion not covering the opening. The directing portion extends from one of the body and the cover portion, and at least partially encloses the protrusion when the cover portion is in the FIRST position. When the cover portion moves from the FIRST position to the SECOND position, the protrusion moves away from the directing portion.
Protective cap or container with lid and spring-loaded opening
A protective cap or container with a resilient opening is disclosed. The container generally includes top and bottom parts connected to each other via a film joint in a unilaterally pivotal fashion, and latched to each other in the closed state, with the top part being biased under the resilience of a repeatedly profiled resilient body in the opening direction in reference to the bottom part such that upon actuation of the latching device the top part pivots open from the bottom part under the force of resilience it is pivoted open and remains in the open position, with here the repeatedly profiled resilient body being made from a soft-elastic elastomer plastic material and fastened unilaterally at flaps connected thereto with the same material, at the two facial sides of the top part and the bottom part.
BOX-DISPENSING APPARATUS, BOXES FOR USE IN THE BOX-DISPENSING APPARATUS, AND METHODS OF USING THE BOX-DISPENSING APPARATUS
An apparatus for dispensing a single box for containing foodstuffs includes a housing, a lift subassembly, and a transfer subassembly. The housing at least partially defines an inner area. The lift subassembly is coupled to the housing and disposed at least partially within the inner area. The lift subassembly includes a nest configured to support a plurality of boxes disposed in a stack and translate with respect to the housing in a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction. The transfer subassembly is coupled to the housing and disposed at least partially within the inner area. The transfer subassembly includes a vacuum suction cup. The vacuum suction cup is configured to operatively engage a first box of the plurality of boxes to remove the first box from the stack and pivot the first box about a rotational axis to a surface outside of the inner area.
Drink-through reclosable spill resistant beverage cup lid with vent structure
A drink-through lid for a beverage container. The lid provides a drink outlet that allows liquid to fill a drink well base, from which a consumer may sip a beverage similar to using an open top cup or mug. The lid is provided with a flexible structure which may be reversibly positionable between a drink outlet closed position and a drink outlet open position. In an embodiment, an outer or distal end of the flexible structure may be moved to a spill resistant position, wherein the outer end of the flexible structure substantially prevents splash of liquid outward from the beverage container thought the drink outlet, even when the flexible structure is in the open position. The flexible structure may include multiple panels and hinges which allow downward and upward movement by manual manipulation, to enable a user to open and close the drink outlet.
