Modified Snack Containment and Dispensing Apparatus
The present invention is a snack containment and dispensing apparatus having a plurality of separate snack containment compartments, a preferably transparent lid having an opening therein, and a plunger to index or rotate a tray relative to the lid such that access to a snack compartment and/or compartments is permitted. In an embodiment, the present invention includes a slidable cover for the opening within the lid. The lid connects to a bowl with an angled pressure seal. In an embodiment, the tray is disposed within a cavity created between the lid and the bowl. The snack compartments may be identically-sized or variably-sized. By selectively accessing only one or more snack compartment at a time, the snacks in the other non-currently accessed snack compartments are rendered non-spillable.
CLOSURE WITH A LOCKING RIM HAVING A SEALING RIB
A closure includes an annular base to be fixed to an upper rim of a container and a lid moveable relative to the annular base between a closed position and an open position. The annular base includes a peripheral skirt with an integral non-removable end portion adapted to be arranged over the upper rim of the container and a peripheral locking rim integrally formed on the end portion of the peripheral skirt. A proximal end of the peripheral locking rim is hingedly connected to the peripheral skirt, allowing the peripheral locking rim to be folded inwardly towards an inner surface of the end portion of the peripheral skirt and allowing the distal end to move beyond and engage under the peripheral ledge of the container to lock the annular base to the upper rim of the container. The locking rim includes a surface radially inwardly and circumferentially extending sealing rib.
Low Profile Bucket Lid and Dust Cyclone
A low-profile dust collector assembly incorporates a low-profile cyclonic separator into a lid for a dust collection bucket. An outer lid ring can be formed of coffers that add strength to the lid and also reduce swirl in the air below the lid. The cyclonic separator has a shell rising from an inner circumference of the lid ring and has a horizontal inlet tube and central vertical outlet tube. A baffle for the separator includes a baffle plate fitted within the inner circumference and a turret of vertical members arranged with a top ring that fits onto the outlet tube. This compact arrangement has improved performance in airflow and dust separation. A spring clamp assists in fitting onto buckets over a range of diameters, and a pair of circumferential gaskets at right angles to one another form an air-tight seal.
Lunch Box
Lunch container comprising a container body made of a metal material, provided with a bottom wall and a continuous side wall, the trailing edge of which is provided with a toroidal relief projecting radially outwardly, and a lid, comprising a flat plate, made of a metal material, along the peripheral edge of which a gasket made of an elastomeric material is overmolded, so as to encompass a portion of the peripheral edge of the plate, the gasket being formed so as to cooperate with the toroidal relief protruding from the trailing edge of the container body, and there being provided in the plate, at a given distance from the peripheral edge thereof, a recess formed from the outside to the inside of the plate, and provided with a through-hole in which is housed the valve-cap of the lid, also made of elastomeric material.
Lid-container assembly made of plastic material
A lid-container assembly made of synthetic plastic material suitable for the transportation and storage of hazardous materials in conformity to the UN standard. The container includes a bottom and a substantially cylindrical or cone trunk side wall having an upper edge that bounds an access opening. The container is provided with a first external annular strip provided with a first circular rib and with at least one second circular rib for snap fitting of the lid. The lid includes a central part and a peripheral wall that conforms to the side wall of the container and further includes a second external annular strip that releasably engages the corresponding external annular strip of the container. The second external annular strip has an upper annular element that connects to the peripheral wall by an upturned U-shaped upper annular channel, and includes a lower annular element inserted into a lower annular channel in the form of an upwards pointing U, and an intermediate annular element for tear opening. The lower annular element of the second external strip includes a circular rib that engages a corresponding internal rib of the lower annular channel of the first external strip. The lid-container assembly further includes a first interference sealing zone between opposite surfaces of the side wall of the container and of the peripheral wall of the lid, a second contact sealing zone between the upper edge of the side wall of the container and the interior of the upper annular channel, and at least one third contact sealing zone between opposite engaging ribs of the first and second external annular strips.
Open end container with resealable lid assembly
An open ended container and lid combination provides a tamper indicator with a lid and container combination which can be pushed on by a manufacture and then the tamper indicator removed to allow the lid to be unscrewed relative to the container, while also still being able to be screwed back to a closed, and possibly sealed configuration. Two possible seals may be used comprising a seal against an interior surface of an upwardly extending wall of the container and an extension/groove combination of the lid and container.
CONTAINER
A container with a closure includes an opening defined by a neck having a central axis. The closure includes a lid and a body. The body defines a conduit between first and second ends, the first end defining an open mouth. The lid is movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration, in which the lid covers the open mouth in the closed configuration. The body includes an external face, and the lid includes an internal face intended to overlap at least a portion of the external face when the lid is in the closed configuration. The body is attached to the container with the open mouth in communication with the opening of the container, and the body and lid cooperate with one another to provide snap-fitting engagement therebetween to releasably secure the lid to the body in the closed configuration when the body is attached to the container.
SNAP CAP IN MULTI-COMPONENT INJECTION MOLDING TECHNOLOGY
A cover includes a bistable flap mechanism made of a plastic with at least two material components. The cover can be produced in one piece in a multi-component injection molding technique. At a transitional area between a front wall and an edge portion, the plastic is sufficiently stiff (preferably due to greater material thickness) to ensure that an angle enclosed in the transitional area from the side wall to the edge portion remains constant in both bistable states. Expansion portions provided in the edge portion ensure that the outer circumference of the edge portion can increase/decrease from one bistable state to the other bistable state. A closing system including the cover is also provided.
ANTI-EVAPORATION CAP COVER FOR TOWELETTE DISPENSER CONTAINER AND ASSEMBLY
An assembly comprises a container, a primary container cover, and a secondary flip up cover. The primary container cover comprises a two-shot injection molded component and includes an integrally-formed seal. The integrally-formed seal is designed to reduce or eliminate evaporation occurring between the container and the primary cover. The integrally-formed seal is further designed to reduce or eliminate evaporation occurring between the primary cover and the secondary flip up cover.
