Reusable tie
A reusable tie includes a flexible shaft including an elastomeric material. The reusable tie also includes a plurality of ribs spaced along the flexible shaft. Each rib of the plurality of ribs encircles the flexible shaft. The reusable tie also includes a tab that includes the elastomeric material. The tab is coupled to the flexible shaft, and the tab defines a plurality of openings configured to receive the flexible shaft and to interact with the ribs to retain a position of the flexible shaft relative to the tab.
Apparatus and method of embedding electrical conduit within reclosable fastener systems
Methods and apparatus for reclosable fasteners with increased stability against horizontal movement and increased stability against horizontal movement of an embedded article that includes an electrical conduit within the reclosable fasteners. The reclosable fastener includes a hook and loop fastener or interlocking mushroom fastener. More specifically, the present disclosure presents reclosable fastener systems that securely contains and embeds an electrical conduit within the reclosable fastener system.
Cable tie
A cable tie having a tie body that is provided with slots which are arranged along an extension thereof that is used for tightening. The slots are arranged transversely with respect to the extension. The body has an elongated shape with a plate element at one end and a traction ring at the other end.
CABLE TIE HAVING A WEDGE LOCKING MECHANISM
A cable tie is provided with a wedge disposed within a passage extending through a head. The wedge is compressed within the passage when tension is applied to the strap. As a result, the wedge compresses the strap against an inner surface of the passage to restrain the strap.
Elastic tie and methods of using and manufacturing the same
Methods of using a tying device are provided. The tying devices can include an elastic band having at least one elongated malleable member attached to at least one end portion thereof. When the tying devices are wrapped about an object, under tension, in self-overlapping configuration, and the elongated malleable member is bent to approximate a surface contour of the object, even without wrapping the malleable member fully around the object, the combination of friction between the overlapping surfaces of the elastic band, and the rigidity of the elongated malleable member, can be sufficient to retain the tying device securely under tension.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL INSULATING SLEEVE WITH CLASP MECHANISM
A sleeve for an object is disclosed. In an open configuration, the sleeve is an elongate strip having an inner wall surface and an outer opposed wall surface. The inner and outer wall surfaces can be textured. The inner wall surface is configured to contact the object. The strip includes a clasp mechanism. The clasp mechanism can include at least one protrusion extending radially outward from the outer wall surface. The protrusion can be located at a proximal marginal end of the outer wall surface. The class mechanism can further include at least one indented receptacle located at a distal marginal end of the outer wall surface. The receptacle can extend between the inner and outer wall surfaces. In a closed configuration, the receptacle can be adapted to secureably receive and restrain the protrusion therein. In the closed configuration, the strip forms a band around a circumference of the object.
Reusable cable ties
The reusable cable tie is a self-attaching strapping apparatus. The reusable cable tie is used to truss filamentary materials together. When in use, the reusable cable tie form a loop through which the filamentary materials are inserted before the reusable cable tie is tightened to form the truss. The reusable cable attaches to itself to form a loop. The diameter of the loop is adjustable. The filamentary materials are inserted through the loop. The truss is then formed by adjusting the reusable cable tie to reduce the diameter of the loop such that the reusable cable tie applies a force against the filamentary materials. At this point, the truss is formed. The reusable cable tie a base structure, a plurality of slots, and a plurality of pegs. The plurality of slots are formed within the base structure. The plurality of pegs are attached to the base structure.
STORABLE FIXING BAND STRUCTURE
A storable fixing band structure having a retaining ring and a band body is provided. By a design of fixing areas of the band body, the mentioned storable fixing band structure can be perfectly stored without other tools when the storable fixing band structure is not in use.
