A package of one or more absorbent articles, wherein the one or more absorbent articles are sealed within the package is disclosed. The package includes a plurality of panels, including a consumer-facing panel; a plurality of seals included by at least a portion of the plurality of panels. Each of the plurality of seals has adhesive disposed in a seal area. One or more of the plurality of seals has an adhesive area which is greater than its corresponding seal area. The package material has natural fibers and a basis weight of between 50 gsm to 120 gsm, as determined via ISO 536 as modified herein. And, the package material is recyclable.

MULTIWALL PAPER-BASED PACKAGING STRUCTURES

A paper-based packaging article includes outer and intermediate paper plies and an inner polymer film ply. A first adhesive layer is disposed between the inner and intermediate paper plies for gluing the inner polymer film ply to the intermediate paper ply. A second adhesive layer is disposed between the intermediate and outer paper plies for gluing the intermediate paper ply to the outer paper ply. The first and second adhesive layers overlap and are coaligned. The outer and intermediate paper plies and the inner polymer film ply are adjoined to form a multiwall structure, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are coaligned with each other on the multiwall structure. The first adhesive layer comprises a first plurality of adhesive spots and the second adhesive layer comprises a second plurality of adhesive spots, wherein the adhesive spots of the first plurality of adhesive spots do not overlap with the adhesive spots of the second plurality of adhesive spots.

The paper recyclable heat sealable bag includes a heat sealable water soluble inner layer coating and an article of paper. The heat sealable coating is applied to the article of paper by a printing press. As the printing press applies the heat sealable coating to the article of paper, the paper recyclable heat sealable bag may be wound into a master roll with a plurality of paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The master roll is fed into an automatic packaging system which fills the bags with a product from at least one of a top edge and a side edge of the paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The paper recyclable heat sealable bag has certain perforations to remove the paper recyclable heat sealable bag more easily from the master roll and sealed with a heat sealer.

An oil-resistant agent composition which contains (1) a hydrocarbon group-containing polymer and (2) an amphoteric polyacrylamide polymer, and which is capable of imparting paper with excellent oil resistance. The hydrocarbon group-containing polymer has (a) a repeating unit that is formed from an acrylic monomer which has a long-chain hydrocarbon group having 7 to 40 carbon atoms and (b) a repeating unit that is formed from an acrylic monomer which has a hydrophilic group. Preferably, the oil-resistant agent composition additionally contains an anionic polyacrylamide polymer. Also disclosed is an oil-resistant agent kit including a liquid containing the oi-resistant agent composition, a method for producing oil-resistant paper which includes adding the oil-resistant agent composition to a paper constituent material, pulp or pulp slurry, as well as an oil-resistant paper.
