PORTION CONTAINER MADE OF BIODEGRADABLE FIBER MATERIAL
The invention relates to a portioning container (1) made of biodegradable fiber material (11), to a molded fiber system (100), and to a method (200) for manufacturing such portioning containers (1), comprising a receptacle (2) for holding a consumable (G, G) and a cover (6) for closing the receptacle to produce a sealed volume (V) within the portioning container (1), wherein at least the receptacle (2), preferably also the cover (6), is manufactured from biodegradable fiber material (11) using a molded fiber system (100) by means of a molded fiber process, from a pulp (7, 7a, 7b) as a liquid solution containing the biodegradable fiber material (11), wherein at least the receptacle (2), preferably also the cover (6), is provided with a barrier layer system (8) which has a barrier effect at least against penetration of moisture, water, aromatic substances, flavoring agents, odorants, and/or non-food-grade substances.
FACILITATING INTER-SYSTEM DATA TRANSFER WITH SERALIZED DATA OBJECTS
A computer server includes processor and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry executes instructions to cause the computer server to select, from a database, a user from a plurality of users, encode a unique identifier for the selected user into an image uniform resource locator (URL), transmit a communication incorporating the image URL to a user agent associated with the selected user, receive, from the user agent, a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request for an image associated with the image URL, parse the received HTTP request to identify whether an impression cookie is present, and in response to the impression cookie being present, extract a set of impressions from the impression cookie and generate a new impression cookie based on the extracted set of impressions.
Methods for treating inflammation associated with allergic reaction
The present invention provides a stabilized hypohalous acid solution (or formulation thereof), which may be conveniently packaged for sale, or stored for later use on demand. The invention further provides methods of making the stabilized hypohalous acid solutions, as well as methods of use for disinfecting mammalian tissue, including wounds and burns, and treating skin irritations, among other uses.
Food degassing bag
Provided is a food degassing bag which has a stable gas venting operation in response to carbon dioxide gas produced in different amounts and by which a gas venting effect can be obtained even when the internal pressure of a storage bag is low. The storage bag is composed of a packaging film layer 1 and a degassing layer 2. A polyethylene layer 2A and an oxygen barrier layer 2B compose the degassing layer 2. In the degassing layer 2, gas venting through-pores 4 are opened. An adhesive layer 3 adheres the packaging film layer 1 and the polyethylene layer 2A of the degassing layer 2 together. The adhesive layer 3 is formed sequentially with non-adhesive portions showing a stripe pattern. The non-adhesive portions form degassing vents leading to the outside of the storage bag.
CUP AND CAPSULE FOR THE PREPARATION OF BEVERAGES
A co-extruded cup made of plastic material, for producing a capsule for preparing infusion or soluble beverages is provided. The co-extruded cup has an inlet opening defined by an upper edge, a bottom provided with an outlet opening defined by a nozzle, and an inner base with a plurality of vertically protruding ridges. The co-extruded cup has a multi-layer wall having an outer layer, an inner layer and an intermediate gas-barrier layer extending from the upper edge to the nozzle. The bottom is devoid of radial reinforcing flaps, and the intermediate gas-barrier layer homogenously extends without interruptions from the upper edge to the nozzle.
Food packaging barrier film and method for producing the same
A food packaging barrier film and a method for producing the same are provided. The method includes providing a base film, depositing an inorganic laminated film on a surface of the base film, and coating a barrier coating solution on the inorganic laminated film and then curing the barrier coating solution to form a barrier coating layer. The inorganic laminated film includes at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and a second inorganic material deposition layer stacked upon each other, and the at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and the second inorganic material deposition layer are formed in a same vacuum deposition process and in a vacuum condition. The at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and the second inorganic material deposition layer are respectively formed by different inorganic metal oxides in the same vacuum depositing process.
GAS BARRIER FILM AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
The invention relates to a gas barrier film including a resin (A) containing a heteroatom compound having dehydration-condensation properties and a polymer having a carboxyl group, and a packaging material and a packaging material for heat sterilization including the gas barrier film. It is preferable that the gas barrier film includes a resin layer (B) containing a polyvalent metal compound to be adjacent to the resin layer (A), in which a resin for forming the resin layer (B) is one or more types selected from an ethyl cellulose resin, a polyether polyurethane polyol resin, a polyester polyol resin, and a polyurethane polyol resin.
GAS BARRIER MULTILAYER BODY AND PACKAGE
Provided is a gas barrier multilayer body formed by multilayering a layer (A) including a base material in which an inorganic layer is formed on at least one surface, a resin layer (B) containing a resin having a glass transition temperature of 40 C. or lower, provided to be in contact with the surface on which the inorganic layer of the base material is formed, and a layer (C) containing a water-soluble polymer, and metal alkoxide and/or a hydrolysate thereof, provided to be in contact with the resin layer (B). In addition, the invention provides a package formed by using the gas barrier multilayer body.
LAMINATED PACKAGING MATERIAL AND PACKAGING CONTAINER COMPRISING A BARRIER-COATED CELLULOSE-BASED SUBSTRATE
