BAG-IN-BOX PACKAGE
The invention relates to a bag-in-box package (1) being made of a material composition which is recyclable in the paper recycling stream. The package (10) comprises: a box (10) made of a cellulose fiber material, and a bag (30) comprising cellulose-based material and having an oxygen and moisture barrier function. The bag (30) is placed at least partially inside the box (10) and non-detachably connected to the box (10).
RECYCLABLE PACKAGES
The present disclosure is directed to a package configured to receive one or more absorbent articles. The package comprises a package material comprising natural fibers. The package comprises a plurality of panels comprising a consumer-facing panel and a back panel having one or more wicket holes in a portion thereof. The package is configured to be sealed such that the one or more absorbent articles are enclosed therein. The back panel comprises a first chamfered side edge and a second chamfered side edge in an area proximate to the one or more wicket holes. The package material comprises a barrier film layer disposed on an inner surface of the package material. The package is recyclable.
Packages for absorbent articles
A package of one or more absorbent articles is provided. The package comprises a package material comprising natural fibers. The package comprises a plurality of panels comprising a consumer-facing panel. The package is sealed such that the one or more absorbent articles are enclosed therein. The package material exhibits a HuBa value of greater than about 5.3 hours, according to the HuBa Test. The package is recyclable. The package comprises a vertical side seal having a side seal strength. The side seal strength is greater than about 5.1 N/15 mm and less than about 15 N/15 mm, according to Seal Tensile Strength Test.
GAS-BARRIER COATING COMPOSITION AND GAS-BARRIER LAMINATE
The disclosure relates to a gas-barrier coating composition containing a metal oxide and a phosphoric acid compound, and can provide a coating composition capable of efficiently forming a colorless and transparent gas-barrier coating film having more excellent oxygen barrier properties and water vapor barrier properties, by further blending at least one selected from a metal alkoxide, a hydrolysate of the metal alkoxide, and a metal hydroxide; and a gas-barrier laminate provided with the gas-barrier coating film (gas-barrier layer).
LAYERED BODY AND PAPER PRODUCT OBTAINED USING SAME
A layered body having both high steam-barrier properties and gas-barrier properties which results in an increase in the paper percentage (biomass percentage). The layered body includes, in this order, a paper substrate layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer containing wax. The barrier layer contains a polyurethane resin, a flat inorganic compound having an average thickness of 50 nm or thinner and an average aspect ratio of 200 or greater, and a cationic resin.
Laminate and food packaging material
A laminate includes a paper substrate, an anchor coat layer disposed at a one-surface side of the paper substrate, and a barrier coat layer disposed at a one-surface side of the anchor coat layer. The paper substrate has a density of 0.72 g/cm.sup.3 or more. The barrier coat layer contains a gas barrier polyurethane resin.
POLYMER MULTILAYER
A multilayer comprises at least one first layer and at least one second layer is provided. The first layer includes a water-soluble polymer, wherein the first layer has an oxygen barrier. Furthermore, the first layer comprises a salt. The salt can act as a lubricant. The second layer has a water vapor and/or humidity barrier. The multilayer can offer a high barrier-performance with respect to oxygen permeation and permeation of water/humidity. This enables for a broad applicability of the multilayer in various areas as e.g., in packing, in particular, for food packing, in particular for packing coffee.
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PACKAGING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PACKAGING MATERIAL PRODUCTION
A material for the packaging is for agricultural products. A single continuous film that is composed of a plurality of packaging portions, which are detachable from each other through a rupture line, said packaging portion being divided into an initial portion and a final portion, the latter portion being provided with a non-permanent adhesive layer on one of its surfaces. A method of making the material.
Package for Collating a Plurality of Smoking Articles
A package for collating a plurality of smoking articles includes a substantially cuboidal pouch including: front and rear major portions, top and bottom minor portions, and first and second side portions. The pouch is formed from a wrapper folded and sealed by: first, second, and third fin seals extending along the length of the front major portion, the top minor portion, and the bottom minor portion, respectively. The first seal is folded to overlap with each of the second and third seals. The first seal is at a distance from each side portion such that, at each overlap with the second and third seals, the first seal only overlaps with two other layers of the wrapper. A tear tape is attached to the pouch and extends along the front and rear major portions and the first and second side portions. A line of weakening is parallel to the tear tape.
