When the container is in the formed configuration, the first side portion and the first side panel face each other, the second side portion and the second side panel face each other, and the separation panel and the bottom panel are substantially orthogonal.

In an aspect of the invention, there is provided an apparatus for use with one or more beverage cups, a horizontal surface and a sloped automobile seating surface. The apparatus comprises a tray having an operative position and, for each of the beverage cups, a cup holder. The cup holders are adapted such that when the tray is disposed in the operative position and each beverage cup is received by a cup holder, the beverage cups project upwardly from the tray. A leg is operatively coupled to the tray, and has: an extended position whereat, when the tray is operatively disposed upon the sloped surface, the leg supports the tray in the operative position; and a storage position whereat, when the tray is operatively disposed upon the horizontal surface, at least one of the tray, and the tray in combination with the leg, supports the tray in the operative position.

The grip member is mounted on the handle strap. A first aperture is struck from the one of the plurality of walls. The aperture is disposed adjacent to a first end of the grip member so as to define a first end edge of the grip member. The first aperture defines a portion of an opening in the one of the plurality of walls. In the opening, a portion of the handle strap may be received.

Each of the opposite sidewalls includes a pair of first gusset panels each of which including two identical coextensive panels having the same height as the side walls and is configured to be perpendicular to the respective sidewalls and the bottom wall. The bottom wall includes a second gusset panels that is defined by two identical coextensive panels and having the same height as the side walls and is folded upwardly out of the plane of the bottom wall and perpendicular thereto when the adjustable container is in the contracted position. The adjustable container also includes an adjustable sleeve that is used to securely cover the container during shipping and transportation.

The sheet has at least one fold line separating the first part and the second part, and the opening is able to cover at least one of the orifices of the support part in a covering folding position of the reinforcing part.
