Easy open bundled packaged goods
The invention provides an easy to grasp handle and opening for packaging of individual packaged products that are sold in multi-packs, also referred to herein as bundles. The multi-pack is a plurality of individually packaged products that are over-wrapped together by a wrapper, such as a plastic film. In certain embodiments the packaged products comprise a package and a consumer good, such as facial tissue. The bundle of individually packaged products comprising a plurality of packages, wherein each of the plurality of packages contains at least one product and a film wrapper surrounding at least a portion of the plurality of packages, wherein the film wrapper comprises an overlapped portion having a first film wrapper layer and a second film wrapper layer, the overlapped portion having an attached zone and an unattached zone.
Carton with expansion features
A carton for holding one or more containers includes a plurality of panels that extend at least partially around an interior of the carton, a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to the respective plurality of panels to form at least one closed end of the carton, and at least one gusset foldably connected between the at least one side panel and the at least one closed end of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a bottom panel, a top panel, and at least one side panel. The at least one gusset is positionable between a first position and a second position wherein the interior of the carton is expanded.
Container for providing easy access to beverage cans
A container having a multiplicity of cans therein. The container disclosed is modified from a rectangular, closed wall container to a container with part of the walls removed, thereby allowing easy access to the cans of the container. Applicant discloses a unique relationship between the walls of the opened container and the size of the beverage cans. Applicant also discloses a method for constructing a closed container that may be easily modified to remove the cans of the container.
Carton with article protection feature
A carton for holding a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton and a plurality of end flaps respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels. The plurality of end flaps are at least partially overlapped with respect to one another to thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. The carton also can comprise at least one article protection flap foldably connected to at least one end flap of the plurality of end flaps for engaging at least one article of the plurality of articles. The at least one article protection flap extends from the closed end at least partially into the interior of the carton.
Method of forming a carrier for containers
A carrier that is at least partially holding a plurality of containers. The carrier can include a plurality of panels comprising a bottom panel, a first side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a second side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a first top panel foldably connected to the first side panel, and a second top panel foldably connected to the second side panel. At least one container-receiving feature extends in at least the bottom panel. The at least one container-receiving feature can at least partially receive at least one container of the plurality of containers. At least one retention flap is foldably connected to the first top panel or the second top panel. The at least one retention flap engages at least a portion of a flange of at least one container.
Carton with asymmetrical corners
A carton for containing a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The carton comprises a first corner and a second corner at a closed end. The first corner has a first configuration and the second corner has a second configuration, the first configuration being different than the second configuration so that the first corner and second corner are asymmetrical.
Carton with opening feature
Cartons for holding a plurality of containers are disclosed herein. The cartons comprise a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a top panel or panels, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. At least two end flaps are respectively foldably attached to respective panels of the plurality of panels. The end flaps are overlapped with respect to one another and thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. The cartons comprise at least one curved corner and at least one dispenser for allowing removal of at least one article from the carton. The at least one dispenser comprises a dispenser panel, and the dispenser panel comprises at least a portion of the at least one curved corner. The cartons may comprise a handle in the top panel or panels.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more articles, a blank for forming the carton and a method of packaging articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall, a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. An end closure structure at least partially closes an end of the tubular structure. The end closure structure includes: a top end closure flap having a handle opening forming a carrying handle; a side end closure flap coupled to one of the first and second side walls; and a web panel interconnecting the top end closure flap to the side end closure flap. The web panel is hingedly connected to the top end closure flap and is hingedly connected to the side end closure flap along a fold line.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more articles, a blank for forming the carton and a method of packaging articles. The carton may have at least one display window for presentation of an article therein. The carton comprises a plurality of panels forming walls of a tubular structure including a top wall, a first side wall, a base wall, and a second side wall. The carton comprises an end closure structure for partially closing an end of the carton. The end closure structure comprises a top end closure flap hingedly connected to the top wall. At least one side end closure flap is hinged to a corner panel by a first fold line. The corner panel is hinged to one of the first and second side walls by a second fold line.
PERFORATED PANEL FOR BOTTLE PACKAGING
A perforated panel assembly is disposed in a shrink-wrapped bottle pack. The panel assembly includes a removable panel and an alternating series of cuts and lands bordering a portion of the removable panel. The alternating series of cuts and lands includes a first side perforation defining a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is positioned on a top panel of the bottle pack and the second portion is positioned on a first side of the bottle pack. The alternating series of cuts and lands further includes a second side perforation defining a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is positioned on the top panel of the bottle pack and the second portion is positioned on the first side of the bottle pack. The second portion of the first side perforation is oriented oblique to the first portion of the first side perforation.
