Container for comestible products
A container for storing a plurality of food items having a base portion with a peripheral edge at a base peripheral edge plane. The base portion can include a plurality of cavities with each cavity having an interior wall surface extending up a first axis from a cavity base wall. At least a first portion of the interior wall surface terminates at a cavity rim formed where the first portion of the interior wall surface intersects with the peripheral edge surface, wherein an exterior cavity rim portion can be formed by the plurality of cavities. An interior support member formed within the base portion can extend up from the base portion to a first plane above the peripheral edge plane. A lid support member can extend down from the top surface of the lid portion and contact the top surface of the interior support member.
Cake protection unit
An arched support strut dement that fits on top of a cake pan and which extends over the cake. The support strut element is located above the top rim of the pan and extends over the cake to support a flexible element, such as Saran@ Wrap, or the like, above the top surface of the cake. More specifically, the struts are adjustable so they can accommodate any width of pan and the hooks on the ends are memory-flexible so they can be bent to accommodate any edge shape for a pan.
Fixing frame and cake packaging structure including the fixing frame
A fixing frame includes an inner side portion having a shape corresponding to that of a side surface of a cake supported on a pedestal to be configured to support the side surface of the cake, an outer side portion having a shape corresponding to that of an inner side surface of a box for receiving the cake supported by the pedestal to be configured to support an inner side surface of the box and a connecting portion configured to connect an upper end of the inner side portion and an upper end of the outer side portion with each other. Thus, the fixing frame is to be provided between the side surface of the cake and the inner side surface of the box to support the side surface of the cake to prevent the cake from moving in the box.
CONTAINER FOR FOOD ITEMS
A method of providing packaged food items on display in a retail store includes preparing a plurality of food body portions of respective food items and loading each of the food items into respective cavities of a container. The container has a lid with at least one protrusion extending downward from a planar upper surface of the lid. After decorating each of the food body portions of the food items with a decoration portion on an upper surface of the food body portion, the lid is closed thereby moving a first retainer of the protrusion to overlie a first marginal portion adjacent the decoration portion of a first upper surface of a first food item and moving a second retainer of the protrusion to overlie a second marginal portion adjacent the decoration portion of a second upper surface of a second food item.
Resealable packages for snack products
Disclosed are unique resealable packages for snacks. Some embodiments comprise rigid sidewalls configured to structurally support a flexible bag to maintain the thickness of the bag as it is laid on its back and opened for product consumption. In addition, disclosed packages include a resealable flexible flap having a raised pull tab for use by a consumer to peel open the bag by separating this flap from the front of the bag, and then resealing the bag by laying the flap back over the opening. The rigid sidewalls allow the integrity of the product to be maintained after the bag is resealed so that the product is not crushed if the bag is stored for later use. Edges of the peelable flap are coated with a resealable adhesive, while one side or end of the flap is connected to a portion of the bag's front surface.
FIXING FRAME AND CAKE PACKAGING STRUCTURE INCLUDING THE SAME
A fixing frame includes an inner side portion having a shape corresponding to that of a side surface of a cake supported on a pedestal to be configured to support the side surface of the cake, an outer side portion having a shape corresponding to that of an inner side surface of a box for receiving the cake supported by the pedestal to be configured to support an inner side surface of the box and a connecting portion configured to connect an upper end of the inner side portion and an upper end of the outer side portion with each other. Thus, the fixing frame is to be provided between the side surface of the cake and the inner side surface of the box to support the side surface of the cake to prevent the cake from moving in the box.
CONTAINERS FOR COMESTIBLE PRODUCTS
