Packaging for components of a roof window product
A packaging for components of a roof window product
In a packaging for a set of components of a roof window product, a cardboard box (1) is provided with a bottom side and a top side (12), which are spaced apart along a height axis, and side walls (13), which extend between the bottom side and the top side of the cardboard box along the height axis, delimit an internal space of the cardboard box (1) to accommodate the components of the roof window product in a supply condition. A first part (2a) of an instruction manual is provided on an external side of the cardboard box (1) of the packaging.
TOP COVER STRUCTURE FOR SERVER PACKAGING
An apparatus stages a bag on tall equipment while providing top cushioning for transport. A top cover structure sits on the equipment's upper surface and presents, on its bottom-facing side, multiple corner components and a central component. Each corner component includes a bag-retention feature that receives and holds a portion of the bag opening, and the central component includes a bag-retention feature (optionally leading to a staging cavity) that receives and holds a portion of the bag body. Retention mechanisms include, for example, flexible petal lids, keyed lined slots, clamps, or bristle arrays. Corner components may be adjustable to fit different footprints. Variants include a one-piece board carrying all components and a modular assembly of separate corner and central components. The staged bag is then drawn down over the equipment.
Toolless crate assembly with interchangeable cartridge
A crate assembly includes a crate having a base and an interchangeable cartridge supported by the base. The interchangeable cartridge is insertable and removable from the base of the crate. The interchangeable cartridge includes a cartridge base and a well. The well is formed by a floater base, side rails, a back board, and a front board. Energy damping components are selected to support a desired load and are disposed between the cartridge base and the floater base thereby providing cushioning to a load carried in the crate. Brace brackets attach to ends of the side rails. After loading a server rack, openings on the front board slide over end bolts of the brace brackets thereby providing toolless securement of the load within the well. Worn cartridges are replaced with new cartridges thereby extending crate life and cartridges are customizable depending on application to support different load dimensions or weights.
PACKAGED GRAIN/SILAGE BAG
Systems and methods relating to the packing and packaging of bulk material bags such as grain bags and silage bags. The left and right sides of the bag are continuously folded over itself without overlapping the center of the bag. The folded bag allows for the left and right side ends to sit atop the folded left and right sides. The box containing the packed grain bag may have an external indicator indicating the center of the bag. This configuration allows for users to pull/unravel the bag easily and the indicator allows for easy alignment of the bag with the grain bagger.
