PACKAGING ASSEMBLY FOR THE TRANSPORT AND STORING OF ROASTED COFFEE AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING ROASTED COFFEE BEANS
Packaging assembly for the transport of coffee in the form of roasted beans, comprising: at least one impermeable bag, impermeable at least to oxygen and water vapour; said at least one impermeable bag being flexible and sealable in a watertight manner to prevent the introduction of fluids or gases; at least one unidirectional valve sealingly applied to said at least one impermeable bag which only allows gas to escape from the impermeable bag preventing the entry of gas into the impermeable bag, wherein said at least one unidirectional valve makes it possible to achieve an over-pressure inside the impermeable bag variable from 3 to 60 mbar.
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER BAGS
A flexible bulk container comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, and at least one sidewall defining an internal space. There is an access portion associated with the top wall for accessing the internal space through an open end of the access portion, and a position marker located at a predetermined position on the access portion for detection by a detector of a robotic system. A stack of flexible bulk containers is also provided. An insert for use with a flexible bulk container is also provided. The insert comprises: a head portion and a tail portion extending therefrom, the head portion having an insert upper edge and the tail portion being sized and shaped for engagement with an open end of a filling spout, and lateral spacer portions extending from the head portion, one on either side of the tail portion.
BULK BAG HAVING A MULTI-SIDED SHAPED BOTTOM
A fabric bulk bag and a method for constructing the same, the bag including a continuous sidewall, a top portion, and a bottom, all defining a bulk storage space therein; the bottom further comprising eight sides which define an octagonal shape having an enlarged footprint so that the bag wall is sewn to the bottom in less time than a round shaped bag, yet when filled stands more upright with less tendency to lean than the current square shaped bags thereby providing a safer more dependable stacking bulk bag. In the method of producing the fabric bulk bag, the bag is constructed in less time than the prior art round bottom bags, uses less wall fabric than prior art square bottomed bags and when constructed and filled, supports itself more stable on a floor or pallet because it provides substantially more base for the product to rest on. In other embodiments, the bag would be multi-sided with greater than four sides.

HERMETIC SEAL FOR FOIL-LINED FIBC (BULK BAG)
The invention described herein generally pertains to a system and method related to a hermetic seal assembly used with a bag to provide a hermetic seal for the bag that can be opened and closed while maintaining the hermetic seal for the bag and materials stored therein. The hermetic seal assembly can include a lid and a collar, wherein the collar can be releasably affixed to the bag or integrated into an opening of the bag.
Transport bag
The invention relates to a transport bag comprising a base, a top portion, and side walls extending between said base and top portion in such a way that a volume for storing granule, fluid, viscous, or semi-fluid materials is formed, wherein the transport bag comprises at least one narrowed portion extending through a middle axis of said side wall from a upper edge to a bottom edge of the side wall.

COLLAPSIBLE, REUSABLE BULK SOLID CONTAINER
A bulk solids container can include a bag to hold the bulk solid, a rigid base to support the bag, and rods extending up from the base to the top of the bag. The rods provide vertical structural integrity to the sides of the bag. The base can include a sloped upper surface sloping down towards a discharge opening located near the center of the base and aeration openings that inhibit or prevent the bulk solids from clogging the discharge opening during removal of the bulk solids from the bag. When the bag is empty, the bag and the rods can be collapsed and fit on top of the upper surface of the base. The container can be transported back to a fill facility to be reused.
Silosack container
A collapsible container, a method of manufacturing, and a method of using the same is provided herein. In some embodiments, the collapsible container is octagonal, generally square, or generally rectangular while comprising eight side panels have receiving pockets for receiving stiffening panels. The collapsible container may include a third layer sewn to the inside of the walls such that content loaded into the third layer is directed to a spout at the bottom of the third layer for convenient discharge of contents. The eight side panels are designed such that the container can be collapsed for easy transport but also stably supports and facilitates discharge of contents from the third layer when the container is set up.
