The bottom panel may be movably coupled to a lower section of a back panel along a first edge of the bottom panel, a front panel along a second edge of the bottom panel opposite from the first edge, a first side panel along a third edge of the bottom panel, and a second side panel along a fourth edge of the bottom panel opposite from the third edge. A top panel may be movably coupled to an upper section of the back panel, where the upper section of the back panel is movably coupled to the lower section of the back panel. An exemplary bag frame includes a framework to be inserted into and hold open a paper grocery bag which is then used as a trash/waste, sorting, collecting or storage receptacle. The bag frame includes four spaced apart vertical legs and that are configured to be inserted within the four corner edges of the paper bag. A planar upper rim connects the upper ends of the four legs and covers the upper edge of the paper bag. The bag frame resembles a small table with an almost completely open top. The vertical legs in the top rim are coupled in a snap-fit manner for easy assembly and disassembly.

The cover may be attached to a first upper end of the flexible sheet, while the base may be attached to a second lower end of the flexible sheet. A resource collection apparatus is an apparatus for collecting waste reusable as a resource. The resource collection apparatus includes an opening associated with a predetermined sorting type, an opening/closing unit configured to open and close the opening, a first detector configured to perform an operation to detect a target waste belonging to a user, and a controller configured to specify a sorting type into which the target waste is to be sorted, by using a result of the detection by the first detector. The controller switches the opening/closing unit from a closed state to an open state when the specified sorting type matches the sorting type associated with the opening.
