The present invention relates to a portable trash bag holder device primarily comprised of a bracket that is further comprised of a top surface, a bottom surface, a rear surface, at least one pair of side surfaces, and a front surface. In addition, the device is comprised of an outer ring and an inner ring. A trash bag or other bag of the like can be placed within the outer ring, wherein the inner ring can then be placed within the outer ring to secure the bag between both rings and suspend the bag from the device in an opened position. The bracket can further be secured to an object via a strap with a ratchet assembly or by the use of at least one fastener. Therefore, the device can be positioned and used in a plurality of locations and does not require an even ground surface.

A method for using a lawn refuse disposal assembly includes providing a lawn refuse bag insert comprising a bag stand and a rake, the bag stand comprising an end wall and a side wall; detaching the rake from the bag stand; engaging the bag stand with a lawn refuse bag; shifting lawn refuse into the lawn refuse bag with the rake; and disengaging the bag stand from the lawn refuse bag.

A container system includes a base including a body having a plurality of dividers defining a plurality of bays for receiving smaller containers therein. A plurality of tongues protrude toward one another from the plurality of dividers. The body includes tine openings for receiving tines to lift and invert the base. A smaller container is receivable in each of the plurality of bays. The smaller containers each include a pair of grooves for receiving two of the plurality of tongues. A foldable support sleeve that is deployable inside of a waste bag to support the waste bag includes a first side foldably connected to a second side, the second side foldably connected to a third side, the third side foldably connected to a fourth side, and the fourth side foldably connected to a fifth side. The foldable support sleeve may be foldable into a pre-deployed state and into a deployed state. The pre-deployed state may be associated with a first cross section that is smaller than a second cross section associated with the deployed state. The second cross section may be approximately equal to a cross section associated with the waste bag. The fifth side may help retain the foldable support sleeve in the deployed state.

A waste or recycling container system is disclosed. The container system includes a container and a rigid liner for inserting into the container. The liner includes a supporting structure provided on a wall of the liner. The liner also includes bag retention structures. The liner is capable of being placed in the container in a first position and a second position. In the first position, the bag retention structures are below an opening of the container. In the second position, the supporting structure rests on a resting portion of the container walls and the liner is elevated with respect to the first position such that the bag retention structures are above the opening of the container.

The present disclosure relates to a bag holder, and according to the present disclosure, the bag holder provided is where a movement of opening or closing an inlet portion of a bag can be implemented stably while occupying minimum space.

A mobile cart that holds a bag for receiving solid waste generated during a medical or surgical procedure. The cart includes a sensor that monitors whether or not an object containing metal is placed in the bag. A processor monitors the signal output by the sensor. If the sensor signal indicates that an object with a minimal amount of metal is placed in the bag, the processor momentarily asserts an audible alarm and continuously asserts a light alarm. The light alarm remains asserted until turned off. If, while the light alarm is on, the sensor signal indicates a second object with the minimal amount of waste is placed in the container, the processor again momentarily asserts the audible alarm. This provides notice that it may be necessary to investigate the contents of the bag to determine if not one but two or more objects were inadvertently discarded.

The sink comprises an upper opening and a bottom opening for draining, and the container respectively comprises an upper opening and a bottom opening. When installed in the sink, the walls of the container are adjacent or attached, fully or partially, to the sides of the sink, the container upper opening if fitted, fully or partially, to the sink upper opening, and the contain bottom opening is fitted, fully or partially, to the sink bottom opening.
