Portable air-tight water-tight reuseable trash receptacle
A system and method for preventing leaks from rubbish containing liquids and noxious smells has an air-tight and water-tight reusable trash receptacle. The receptacle uses an inner ring and an outer ring to secure a trash bag. A lid contains a seal such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the lid is engaged with the outer ring. The outer ring has a seal that engages the trash bag such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the outer ring is engaged with the liner on the inner ring. A fabric cover attaches to the outer ring and protects and hides the trash bag held within. The lid is attached to the outer ring in a variety of ways, including hinges, threads, tether, and tabs. The outer ring secures to the inner ring in a number of ways including threads, clips, and tabs.
Diaper Pail with Refrigerated Interior Compartment
A diaper pail incorporating a refrigerated compartment is described herein, wherein the interior of the compartment can be cooled to low temperatures, typically less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit, to hinder and/or substantially slow the generation of noxious odors. Additionally, the diaper pail freezer includes a double lid with a bag retaining system to help ensure a good seal is maintained between the lid and the top of the pail to help contain any residual odors within the compartment.
Garbage can provided with airtight means for preventing odor leakage
A garbage can provided with an airtight means for preventing odor leakage is provided. In the garbage can, an inner basket covered with a garbage bag is raised and pressurized so that an upper end of the inner basket is in close contact with an airtight part of an upper cap, thereby preventing garbage odors from leaking via a gap between the upper cap and the inner basket, and also the basket is automatically raised and lowered by simply opening and closing a side cover without any separate operation by a user, thereby increasing convenience.
Airlock apparatus and method
An apparatus for transporting objects from a first compartment to a second compartment, where a movable valve element gates off the first compartment from the second compartment. The device includes a transfer element operable with the valve element to prevent the valve element from opening when the transfer element is not engaging the first compartment and to prevent articles and particulates, fluids, gases, odors, and matter from the second compartment from entering the first compartment when the valve element is open. A method for transferring articles into a container is also provided.
System for containing medical waste with a bag and machine for producing said bag
The invention relates to a system for containing medical waste with a bag and a machine for producing said bag. It relates to a reusable, hermetically sealed, metal container for medical waste, with a bag and locks or latches, which prevent the lid from being opened until the waste inside the same has been sterilized by the pressurized steam of an autoclave. It also relates to said plastic bag made up of two or more layers of different physical properties, configured into a single body. Said bag is housed inside the aforementioned hermetically sealed container. It also relates to a machine for producing these bags with a winder, folder and several sealers using heat resistance inserted into conveyer belts.
FLEXIBLE PAIL
A flexible pail having a container that is adapted to stand upright. The container may have a flexible sheet, a cover, a base, a flap and an odor barrier. The cover may be attached to a first upper end of the flexible sheet, while the base may be attached to a second lower end of the flexible sheet. The cover may have a flap pivotably attached thereto, such that the flap is adapted to pivot between an open position and a closed position. The cover may further have an opening and an odor barrier disposed in the opening.
Dust trapping lid with a container for collecting dirt from vacuum canisters and other refuse collecting receptacles
Disclosed is an apparatus for trapping of dirt and dust, being emptied from a vacuum canister or a refuse canister, into a trash container. The apparatus comprises of: (1) a container, for collecting the dirt and dust, having a closed bottom and an open top, designed to provide access to the internal chamber of the container; (2) flexible membranes, for preventing the entrapped dust from exiting the container; (3) a lid for holding the membranes in position to cover the open top of the container; (4) a living hinge system, for locking the lid to the container; (5) a mortise and tenon joint system, for releasably attaching the membranes to the lid.
A CONTAINER APPARATUS AND A CONTAINER MOUNTING COLLAR
A container apparatus comprises a mounting means, a lid connected to the mounting means by a connecting means and a frame slideably connected to the mounting means. The frame is adapted to support a waste container. The frame is slideable between a first frame position, wherein an open end of the waste container is entirely covered by the lid, and a second frame position which is offset from the first position in a first direction. The connecting means allows the lid to move between a first lid position and a second lid position which is above the first lid position and is offset from the first lid position. The apparatus has lid moving means which move the lid to the second lid position when the frame is moved from the first frame position to the second frame position. A collar for mounting a container between runners of a retractable container apparatus is also provided.
Flexible pail
A flexible diaper pail having a container that is adapted to stand upright.
