The flexible member is coupled to the guide assembly at a first location and a second location. The reciprocating member translates relative to the guide assembly. The rotatable element is coupled to the reciprocating member and engaged with the flexible member. The drive unit turns the rotatable element on the flexible member such that the reciprocating member translates on the guide assembly.
