Stacker crane and method for operating same
A stacker crane includes a lower carriage including a lower drive wheel, a lower travel motor, and a support located apart from the lower drive wheel; an upper carriage including an upper drive wheel and an upper travel motor that drives the upper drive wheel; and a mast fixed to the lower carriage, standing upward from the lower carriage and connected to the upper carriage, and including a transfer device capable of moving up and down. A displacement mechanism that raises and lowers the support is provided on the lower carriage between a grounded position supported by a lower rail and a retracted position lifted off the lower rail. The support is lowered to the grounded position when the stacker crane is installed between the lower rail and the upper rail and when the stacker crane is stopped for maintenance, and the support is raised to the retracted position when the stacker crane is operated.
MATERIALS HANDLING VEHICLE COMPRISING HAND-HELD DRIVE UNIT
A variety of vehicle-based and warehouse-based solutions are provided to increase the adaptability, utility, and efficiency of materials handling vehicles in the warehouse environment, such as a materials handling vehicle comprising a hand-held drive unit comprising a user interface and an operational command generator responsive to the user interface. The hand-held drive unit is configured to send operational commands generated in response to user input at the user interface to the vehicular controller(s) to control operational functions of the traction control unit, the braking system, the steering assembly, the mast assembly, the picking attachment, or combinations thereof.
Container Storage Facility
A gas supplying device has a plurality of connectors each of which is configured to be connected to a container stored in the corresponding one of supplying storage sections, supply lines configured to divide and supply gas to the plurality of connectors, and a mass flow controller configured to control a flow rate of gas that flows through one of the supply lines. The supply lines include first supply lines each of which is installed to a corresponding supplying storage sections, a second supply line installed upstream of the first supply lines, and a branching supply line for dividing gas supplied from the second supply line into the first supply lines. The mass flow controller is installed in the second supply line and in an installation area.
Multitasking crane
A multitasking crane includes a travelling device, load tables that are lifted and lowered independently of each other and disposed in two columns arranged in a travelling direction and at least one transfer device that is provided on each of the load tables and is configured to deliver the merchandise trays. The transfer device of the load table for picking is actuated to pick at least one of the merchandise trays that has been specified, and at the same time, at least one of the merchandise trays that is previously placed on the transfer device of the load table for storage is moved to empty one of the storage shelves of the automated warehouse and stored.
PICKING SYSTEM AND PICKING METHOD
In a picking system, commodities are efficiently transported to a picking area and a shipment area by one type of transportation vehicle travelling along a travelling route including a diverging section and a merging section. The picking system is provided with a transportation vehicle, racks, picking units, the shipment area, and a controller configured and programmed to control the transportation vehicle. The picking units are provided with a carrying-in station to which the transportation vehicle transports a container and a carrying-out station from which the transportation vehicle transports the container and the picked commodities. The transportation vehicle transports a container containing ordered commodities from the racks to a carrying-in station, the picked commodities to the shipment area, and a container after picking the commodities to the racks.
Elevating apparatus
In a lifting drive mechanism, first and second masts extend in the vertical direction. A lift platform is configured to be lifted or lowered along the first and second masts. A hanging belt includes a first end fixed to an upper portion of the lift platform and a second end fixed to the lower portion of the lift platform. An upper pulley supports the hanging belt. A driving pulley moves the hanging belt in a positive direction and a negative direction. An idler pulley is arranged in front of, in back of, or on both side of the drive pulley. A lower pulley is lower than the upper pulley and supports the hanging belt. A supporting member is pivotable around a fulcrum spaced away from a rotation center of the lower pulley in the horizontal direction, and is fixed. The supporting member includes a first end extending from the fulcrum in the horizontal direction and supporting the lower pulley such that the lower pulley is pivotable.
STORAGE SYSTEM AND/OR PRODUCTION SYSTEM HAVING AT LEAST ONE HANDLING DEVICE
The disclosure relates to a system having a handling device which is a rail-bound vehicle having a travel unit movable in a longitudinal direction of the system or a handling device fixed at a location with a travel unit movable about its own axis, a lifting unit of a stacker crane movable in a vertical direction, and a load receiving unit which can be movable and/or rotatable in a transverse direction, wherein the load receiving unit has an interface for fastening a lifting tool that is configured such that the lifting tool or a part of the lifting tool can be automatically changed or removed, with the handling device having a releasable latching device in whose closed state the lifting tool or its changeable part is secured against loss.
Substrate processing apparatus, storage device, and method of transporting substrate storing container
In a substrate processing apparatus, a storage device, an indexer block, a processing block and an interface block are arranged to line up in this order. The storage device includes a plurality of openers on which a carrier storing a plurality of substrates can be placed. The carrier is carried in the storage device. In the storage device, the carrier is transported among the plurality of openers by a transport device. The transport device includes first and second hands configured to be able to hold the carrier and move in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. The second hand is provided below the first hand.
Storage and order-picking system comprising a shuttle
A system for storing and picking storage units including a rack arrangement having a plurality of racks, a plurality of rack-bound vehicles adapted to travel in a rack aisle for storing and retrieving the storage units into and from the storage locations in a transversal direction, wherein a rack-integrated lifter includes a load-handling device for transferring storage units between a rack-integrated handing-over location and at least one rack-integrated buffer location arranged only vertically beneath, or only vertically above, the handing-over location and at a transferring device for exchanging storage units between a feeding/discharging conveyor and the handing-over location.
Stacker crane
First and second masts of a stacker crane are arrayed in an X direction and extend vertically. Connecting plates are mounted at lower portions and on both side surfaces, facing a Y direction, of the first and second masts, each including an upper portion fixed to the first or second masts, and a lower portion whose width in the X direction is greater than that of the upper portion. First and second lower hollow frames include a pair of hollow members disposed on both sides of the first and second masts in the Y direction and extending in the X direction and are fixed to the lower portions of the connecting plates. Travelling wheels are supported by the connecting plates and roll on a lower guide rail.
