The collapsible rack assembly includes a base subassembly, a rotational shaft subassembly, and a rack subassembly. The base subassembly includes an L track system connected to spacers to define the overall shape of the base subassembly. The rotational shaft subassembly includes multiple side rotational shafts, an intermediate rotational shaft, multiple clamps, and a lever clamp. The rack assembly further includes side racks and an intermediate rack. Each of the side racks is fixedly connected to the side rotational shaft. The intermediate rack is fixedly connected to the intermediate rotational shaft. Each of the side racks and intermediate rack includes elongated rods spaced from one another to receive the flat object(s) such as door panels between two consecutive elongated rods.

INTEGRATED PIPE HANDLING SYSTEM FOR WELL COMPLETION AND PRODUCTION
20190376352 · 2019-12-12 ·

A novel integrated pipe handling system and method is provided wherein one or more pipe tubs having lift arms can be loaded with pipe and transported to a drill site where it may be deployed next to a pipe handling trailer. The pipe tubs and pipe handling trailer are arranged such that when the lift arms are raised, pipes may roll from a tub to the trailer, where a pipe is transferred to an angularly adjustable trough on the trailer. The trough may be raised to a preselected position and the pipe moved along the trough by a skate such that the pipe is available to be transferred from the pipe handling trailer to a drilling rig. The process may be reversed to remove pipe from the drilling rig. A control system, which may be operated in a manual or automated mode, is used to operate the integrated system using information about each pipe joint recorded during the loading process.

Storage system

A rack and a hoist system. The rack is L-shaped with a first planar floor/leg and a second planar floor/foot, which is a solid plate. The first floor has three pairs of wheels with the middle pair larger than the other pairs and a mount to couple to the hoist via a hooked line that couples to a double-hooked line that hooks into apertures through paired mounting plates near the top end of the leg. The foot includes a tag-line mount from which a tag-line may be mounted to help guide movement thereof using the hoist. The foot includes wheels such that when the first floor is tipped up while being lifted, the wheels of the foot engage with the surface while the wheels on the leg are disengaging. There are flanking posts, strap structures, and flanking plates that help to secure the load (e.g. rebars, pipes, and sheet rock).

Method and arrangement for handling narrow rolls

An arrangement for handling narrow rolls includes a flow-through warehouse, which includes an inlet end and an outlet end. The narrow rolls are handled such that the narrow rolls are fed into the inlet end in a first direction. The flow-through warehouse further includes at least two rack rows having a second direction transverse to said first direction, at least two isles having the second direction and carriages that move the narrow rolls into a rack and from a rack and also carry them in the second direction. At least one carriage moves along each isle, at least two isles include carriages that are capable of sorting the narrow rolls, and at least one carriage is sorting the narrow rolls for forming a customer stack. The customer stack is formed of several narrow rolls and delivered from the outlet end to be transported to a customer.
