Rod belt for rod belt conveyors of agricultural machines
The present invention relates to a rod belt for rod belt conveyors of agricultural machines comprising rods (5) arranged transverse to the direction of transport and parallel to each other, the rods (5) comprising flattened and perforated attachment areas (5.1) by means of which they lie in contact with elastic belts (2) of high tensile strength revolving parallel to each other and being connected to the belts (2) via rivets or similar attachment means penetrating the attachment area (5.1) and the belt (2), both ends (9) of which belt constituting a joint (8). It is the object of the invention to provide a rod belt of this type having an endless connection of high stability while, at the same time, being easy to disassemble and mount. This task is solved according to the invention in that an auxiliary belt section (7) each is arranged laterally adjacent to the belts (2), the auxiliary belt section bridges the joint (8) between the belt ends (9) whereby the belts (2) and the auxiliary belt sections (7) are interlocked by means of the rods (5).
Cambelt, in particular a cambelt suitable for agricultural machinery
Cam belt, particularly for agricultural machinery, produced from a polymer provided with reinforcement inserts, has cams on the inner side of the cam belt that are used to drive cam belt. A first flank faces in the running direction of cam belt and a second flank faces in opposite direction. Cams are spaced apart from one another by gaps in a predefined division, and gaps are delimited by first flank and second flank of two adjoining cams and a base which connects two flanks. During operation of cam belt carrier of a cam wheel resting against second flank of one of adjoining cams and against the base of a gap engage with the gaps. On outer side of belt, functional elements are fixed by a fastener which from inner side of the belt passes through the cam belt and the functional elements via at least one through hole.

Drive means for conveyor belts, in particular of agricultural machines, and method for the production thereof
A flat belt provides an endless traction suitable for conveyor belts, and has no fabric insert in the force transmission region. In some embodiment it has no fabric insert in the back of the belt. The flat belt is formed by a multistage method which includes forming a flat belt with a main body and endless tension member elements, by a rotary vulcanization process, and subsequently forming at least a part of the force transmission region on the flat belt. The flat belt may be used in agricultural machines which convey agricultural harvested material.
Center tracking dual synchronous belt system
Synchronous belt systems include two or more sprockets, a first endless belt, and a second endless belt. The belts are connected together with belts attachment hardware through belt ports, and a belts gap is defined between the first endless belt and the second endless belt. Each of the sprockets includes sprocket teeth and sprocket tooth spaces between adjacent teeth of the sprocket teeth, and each of the sprockets has a sprocket center ridge. The belts each include a plurality of belt split teeth, and each split tooth of the plurality of belt split teeth has a first belt ridge, a second belt ridge and a belt split tooth space disposed between the belt ridges. The belts gap engages the sprocket center ridge of each of the sprockets, and each of the belts attachment hardware is disposed within the adjacent belt split tooth spaces of the belts.

Suction belt
The invention relates to a suction belt for transporting tobacco and/or filter material in the production of cigarettes. The suction belt has a flat belt material that is formed into a ring and has a plurality of openings that are disposed so as to be distributed across the surface of the belt material. The suction belt is characterized in that at least 75% of all openings have an available extent of 0.3 mm or less.
COGGED DRIVE FOR A COMBINE FEEDERHOUSE CONVEYOR
A cogged drive arrangement for an endless belt conveyor for a feederhouse of an agricultural combine has a first drive wheel with an axis of rotation, a hub extending around the axis of rotation, flanges fixed to an outer edge of the hub and extending outward from the hub and a plurality of cogs fixed to the outer ends of the flanges.
COGGED FEEDERHOUSE FRONT DRUM
A conveyor drum (202) for an endless belt conveyor (200) for a feederhouse of an agricultural combine (104) includes an elongate drum (202), cogs (213) fixed to the drum for driving endless belts (210), and retainers (218) fixed to the drum (202) to maintain the endless belts (210) in a proper operating position.
SLAT INSERT FOR NOISE/WEAR ATTENUATION IN A FEEDERHOUSE CONVEYOR
A wear strip arrangement for an endless belt conveyor for a feederhouse of an agricultural combine includes a first body that is configured to be attached to a slat that in turn is attached to the endless belt.
