Bar conveyor
A continuous bar conveyor includes a plurality of bars, constrained at their ends by chains having links adapted to be engaged by motorized toothed wheels, so as to move the conveyor along fixed guides, and a plurality of spirals wrapping the bars in pairs, the links of the chains and the spirals limiting the maximum distance between adjacent bars, but also allowing their reciprocal movement, wherein, between adjacent successions of at least two bars wrapped by a spiral, there is at least one bar that is not wrapped by spirals, and to which a sheet of plastic material is constrained, having an elevated resistance to the operating temperature of the conveyor and a smooth, non-stick surface, the sheet resting on the upper surface defined by the spirals and having a dimension in the advancing direction of the conveyor smaller than the distance between successive bars not wrapped by spirals.
Eyelink Belt Drive Systems and Methods
Embodiments of the disclosure provide an eyelink conveyor belt and sprocket assembly. The eyelink conveyor belt includes a plurality of eyelets, a plurality of reinforcing drive bars having a driving notch and extending adjacent to the plurality of eyelets, and a plurality of cross rods used to couple the reinforcing drive bars and eyelets together. The sprocket includes a generally disk-shaped drive member having a plurality of teeth formed along and extending outwardly from the outer perimeter of the drive member.
Edge drive mesh overlay conveyor belt
A conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced tractive rods, a plurality of rows transversely disposed with respect to a direction of travel and interconnecting the plurality of spaced tractive rods, a plurality of belt drive clips, and a plurality of belt hold-down clips, wherein each of the rows comprises a U-shaped link on each edge and a mesh overlay extending therebetween.
Device for conveying and retaining glass sheets, particularly in a washing facility, and associated method
A device for conveying and holding a sheet of glass includes a conveyor and a holder configured to hold a sheet of glass in position, in particular in a horizontal position. The holder includes at least two spaced-apart and parallel lateral conveying systems, and a multitude of spaced-apart wires extending transversely with respect to the lateral conveying systems and borne thereby, the sheet of glass being intended, via at least all or part of its lateral sides, to be pressed locally against the wires, and a delivery system configured to deliver pressurized water and/or air jets, the pressurized jets being intended to be sprayed toward the upper face of the sheet of glassthe opposite face to the one supported by the wires, so as to keep the sheet of glass pressed firmly against the wires.
An improved bar conveyor
Weldless Conveyor Belt Systems and Methods
A conveyor belt is provided that includes a first lateral end, a second lateral end, a plurality of rods, and a plurality of links. The plurality of rods are spaced apart from one another and each extends from the first lateral end to the second lateral end. The plurality of links interconnect the plurality of rods and include a first link coupled to two adjacent rods of the plurality of rods at the first lateral end. The first link includes a tail that extends laterally outward past an outermost portion of the plurality of rods.
Deployable conveyor mat assembly
An assembly includes a frame and a conveyor mat configured to transition between a retracted state in which the conveyor mat is disposed within a footprint of the frame, and a deployed state in which the conveyor mat is disposed at least partially disposed outside the footprint of the frame. The conveyor mat has a plurality of linkages, a plurality of rollers, a plurality of supports, and a plurality of axles. Individual axles couple to individual linkages of the plurality of linkages, individual rollers of the plurality of rollers, and individual supports of the plurality of supports together. A tensioning system is configured to control the conveyor mat transitioning between the retracted state and the deployed state.
CONVEYOR BELT AND ENDLESS FRYER SYSTEM
A flying system for flying a food product is disclosed having an endless conveyor system for cooking product in a bath of hot cooking oil. An upper conveyor belt of the conveyor system includes a plurality of protrusions on the surface that retains the food items with a lower conveyor belt. The protrusions may be formed by bars or rods that may be integrally formed with a fluid pervious surface forming the belt. Also, a process of cooking food items with an endless conveyor system.
CONVEYOR BELT COMPRISING INTERLOCKING PLATES HAVING A STAKED-END
A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt having a slat connection mechanism such as a plurality of rods or a plurality of rivets, and a plurality of slats. At least one of the slats in the plurality of slats includes a connection element extending from one end of a flat body portion, the connection element extending downward from a flat body portion in direction that is substantially perpendicular to a top surface and substantially perpendicular to a leading edge. The connection element includes a first planar portion and a second planar portion, the first planar portion being offset from, but substantially parallel to, the second planar portion.
CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM COMPRISING PLATES WITH A LATERAL MOVEMENT STOP
A conveyor belt system f includes a conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced rods, and a plurality of slats. At least one of the slats in the plurality of slats includes a flat body portion having a top surface and a bottom surface and a lateral stop extending from one end of the flat body portion.
