Conveyor belt spiral overlay having intermediate loops
A spiral overlay for a conveyor belt includes a plurality of wire spirals assembled together in intermeshing relationship on connecting rods to provide a conveying surface and an opposing surface with a belt thickness extending in the vertical direction. Each of said wire spirals formed of a single length of wire and forming a helix extending laterally across the belt, said spiral comprising opposed arcuate linking bends at a forward end and a rearward end along the longitudinal axis, and at least one intermediate loop formed between said opposed arcuate linking bends and disposed within the belt thickness, said spirals arranged relative to one another such that said linking bends of one spiral are intermeshed with linking bends of an immediately adjacent one of said spirals and said intermeshed linking bends of adjacent spirals are adapted to receive one of the connecting rods to operatively connect said spirals.
INSERT FOR WIRE MESH BELTS
A wire mesh belt for use as a conveyor. The wire mesh belt has a plurality of links which are interlocked to form the wire mesh belt. First straight portions, second straight portions and bent portions of the links form passages which extend across the length of each link. A longitudinal axis of each link extends generally transversely to a longitudinal axis of the wire mesh belt. Support inserts are provided in the passages of respective links. The cooperation of the support inserts with the links provides support to the wire mesh belt to minimize the deformation of the wire mesh belt.
DIRECT EDGE DRIVE CONVEYOR BELT
A conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced tractive rods including opposing inner and outer ends, and a support surface transversely disposed with respect to a direction of travel and interconnecting the plurality of spaced tractive rods, wherein at least one of the inner and outer ends of at least some of the plurality of spaced tractive rods includes a cone shaped end portion.
CONVEYOR CHAIN
The present invention relates to a multi-link conveyor chain which may be used (for example) in the glass industry and to a retaining member for use in the multi-link conveyor chain.
LANE DIVIDER FOR EYE LINK CONVEYOR BELT
An eye link conveyor belt including a plurality of eyelets and a plurality of cross rods, the plurality of eyelets including openings on each end and the plurality of cross rods extending through the openings to thereby connect the plurality of eyelets together; and a plurality of wire forms connected to the conveyor belt, the wire forms including at least one protrusion extending above a planar product support surface of the conveyor belt. A plurality of side plates can be secured to the conveyor belt by the wire forms and also extend above the planar product support surface of the conveyor belt.
EDGE DRIVE MESH OVERLAY CONVEYOR BELT
A conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced tractive rods, a plurality of rows transversely disposed with respect to a direction of travel and interconnecting the plurality of spaced tractive rods, a plurality of belt drive clips, and a plurality of belt hold-down clips, wherein each of the rows comprises a U-shaped link on each edge and a mesh overlay extending therebetween.
OBLIQUE-LINK MODULAR CONVEYOR BELT
Conveyor belt modules and a modular conveyor belt constructed of those modules. The belt modules comprise a plurality of thin metal links attached to a crossbar at spaced locations. The metal links extend along lines oblique to the length of the crossbar from a first loop to a second loop. Belt rows include one or more of the belt modules sandwiched between tension links. Hinge rods connect adjacent belt rows together through aligned first and second loops and first and second rod holes in the tension links of adjacent belt rows to form the conveyor belt. The links can be formed of bent wire or stamped and bent sheet metal. Intermediate portions of the links can be planar or curved.
Snap On Slat For A Chain Conveyor Belt And Conveyor Belt System Comprising Same
A conveyor belt system provides a continuous flat support surface for a food item that moves the food item through a food preparation device. The conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced apart rods and a plurality of slats that are removably attached to the conveyor belt with a snap on mechanism. The slats are easily assembled and provide enhanced field service and/or replacement capability.
Positive drive balanced mesh belt system
A compound balanced woven-wire conveyor belt including a plurality of interwoven helically-wound spirals and connector rods, and a plurality of spiral wires forming protruding tangs on a surface of the woven-wire belt. A conveyor system further includes at least one rotatable member including an outer cylindrical surface symmetrically disposed relative to a central axis of rotation of the rotatable member and a plurality of cavities on the outer cylindrical surface for engaging the protruding tangs of the woven-wire belt, each of the protruding tangs substantially corresponding to the cavities of the rotatable member.
