Centrifugal dewatering conveyor system
10988318 · 2021-04-27 · ·

A centrifugal dewatering conveyor system for removing liquid from a conveyed product comprises a modular conveyor belt designed to follow a path that includes both straight portions and helical portions. The modular conveyor belt comprises a plurality of hingedly connected modules having side walls and capable of shifting laterally relative to each other and curling up about the hinge rods to form the helical portions. In the helical portions, a centrifugal force imparted on conveyed product forces water through openings in the conveyor belt.

Some elevator buckets 1, 11, 21, 31, 41 have aperture orifices 2, 3, 4, 12, 22; 42, 43, 44, 52. Traditionally, these aperture orifices are formed by drilling a solid bucket wall but by provided aperture features 12, 13, 52 in a moulded bucket with some already moulded aperture orifices then some markers or pre-cursors for aperture orifices are provided and provision of elevator buckets is more efficient with aperture orifices.

TRANSPORT BAG FOR SUSPENDED CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

A transport bag (10) for a suspended conveyor system, particularly a rail-guided conveyor system or a transport chain conveyor system, has a conveyor member, particularly a carriage (20) of a rail-guided (41) conveyor system or a conveyor chain link of a transport chain conveyor system, and a transport bag (10) having a receiving region for receiving one or a plurality of units of goods (91). The transport bag is attached, via a suspension means (17), in a suspended manner to a carrying means (23) of the conveyor member. The transport bag has two frame brackets (15, 16) which are pivotally connected to the suspension means. The two frame brackets (15, 16) are substantially 2-fold rotationally symmetrical to one another, but not mirror symmetrical to one another.

Barrel elevator including shielded actuation mechanisms
11059678 · 2021-07-13 · ·

A barrel elevator system for vertically moving barrels of liquid between a ground floor and any one of a number of floors at a warehouse for storage of the barrels. The barrel elevator system includes a support frame located in an elevator shaft and a series of cradle assemblies supported between a pair of lifting chains. A loading station is located on the ground floor for receiving barrels to be stored or for removing barrels after storage. Each floor includes a unloading station that allows barrels to be removed from the cradle for storage and returned to the cradles after storage. Each of the loading and unloading stations includes a shield assembly to restrict access to the elevator shaft. A rail section and handle are used to load and unload barrels from the cradles. The handle extends through the shield assembly for access by an operator.
