LIFTING AND LOWERING TRANSPORTATION DEVICE
A lifting and lowering transportation device is capable of transporting articles between different delivery positions using transportation units, each including a lifting and lowering platform, a linear motor, and a chain. The lifting and lowering platform can pass through the delivery positions by moving along the circumferential track that is common to the transportation units. The linear motor generates the driving force to move the lifting and lowering platform along the circumferential track. The chain is loop-shaped and can circulate along the circulation track corresponding to the circumference path, and the linear motor moves the lifting and lowering platform by circulating the chain by the driving force generated by the linear motor. The circulation of the chain in each transportation unit is controlled independently of the other transportation units.

Conveying chain for a panel belt of a moving walkway of small overall height
A conveyor chain for a pallet belt of a moving walkway is described. The conveyor chain comprises multiple elongate chain links, which are arranged behind one another at a chain pitch, and which can be subjected to a tensile load by link pins and are coupled so as to be pivotable about a longitudinal center axis of the respective link pin transverse to the longitudinal direction. The conveyor chain furthermore comprises multiple elongate connecting elements that are likewise arranged behind one another and pivotably coupled to one another. Each of the connecting elements is coupled to an associated first link pin with a front end and coupled to an associated second link pin with a rear end. In this case, a connecting element pitch between the first and the second link pin amounts to an integer multiple of the chain pitch.
Conveying chain for a panel belt of a moving walkway of small overall height
A conveyor chain for a pallet belt of a moving walkway is described. The conveyor chain comprises multiple elongate chain links, which are arranged behind one another at a chain pitch, and which can be subjected to a tensile load by link pins and are coupled so as to be pivotable about a longitudinal center axis of the respective link pin transverse to the longitudinal direction. The conveyor chain furthermore comprises multiple elongate connecting elements that are likewise arranged behind one another and pivotably coupled to one another. Each of the connecting elements is coupled to an associated first link pin with a front end and coupled to an associated second link pin with a rear end. In this case, a connecting element pitch between the first and the second link pin amounts to an integer multiple of the chain pitch.
CHAIN CONVEYOR WITH DYNAMIC TRACTION CONTROL
A chain conveyor including: a frame; at least one chain configured to move on the frame, the at least one chain including a plurality of bearings configured to rotate freely; and a dynamic traction control system including: a flexible member provided to the frame adjacent to but not touching the plurality of bearings; a control body provided to the flexible member; a pressure device in fluid connection with the control body such that the pressure device is configured to selectively expand/contract the flexible member such that it comes into or out of contact with the bearings; and a controller in electronic communication with the pressure device to expand the flexible member to provide traction control when needed and contract the flexible member when traction control is not needed. A kit including elements of the dynamic traction control system may be provided to retrofit existing chain conveyors.
CHAIN CONVEYOR WITH DYNAMIC TRACTION CONTROL
A chain conveyor including: a frame; at least one chain configured to move on the frame, the at least one chain including a plurality of bearings configured to rotate freely; and a dynamic traction control system including: a flexible member provided to the frame adjacent to but not touching the plurality of bearings; a control body provided to the flexible member; a pressure device in fluid connection with the control body such that the pressure device is configured to selectively expand/contract the flexible member such that it comes into or out of contact with the bearings; and a controller in electronic communication with the pressure device to expand the flexible member to provide traction control when needed and contract the flexible member when traction control is not needed. A kit including elements of the dynamic traction control system may be provided to retrofit existing chain conveyors.
Perforated screen conversion kit
A wastewater filter conversion kit for replacing filter elements connected to a shaft includes first and second conveyor segments. Each conveyor segment includes a perforated panel. At least one first tube is secured to a first end of the panel. At least one second tube is secured to a second end of the panel. The least one first tube on the first conveyor segment and the at least one second tube on the second conveyor segment are aligned along a common centerline for receiving the shaft to replace the filter elements on the shaft.
Perforated screen conversion kit
A wastewater filter conversion kit for replacing filter elements connected to a shaft includes first and second conveyor segments. Each conveyor segment includes a perforated panel. At least one first tube is secured to a first end of the panel. At least one second tube is secured to a second end of the panel. The least one first tube on the first conveyor segment and the at least one second tube on the second conveyor segment are aligned along a common centerline for receiving the shaft to replace the filter elements on the shaft.

A chain link for a conveyor chain includes a planar elongate sheet metal conveying body having four outer corners and sides that extend between adjacent outer corners, the sides include long sides and short sides that extend between the long sides, the sides further include side face portions that extend substantially transversely to a conveying plane of the conveying body, and at each of the outer corners, the conveying body may include a corner face portion that extends transversely to the conveying plane and that connects angularly to a side face portion of a short side.
