A belt lock for a belt for an agricultural implement is provided. The belt lock comprises two connecting pieces which may be connected via a lock pin. The two connecting pieces each have an upper part and a lower part which are configured integrally with a hinge region, forming a receiver for the lock pin and for at least partially arranging one respective belt end between one another. The upper and lower part in each case have at least one recess for arranging fastening means. Each of the upper and lower parts have a belt adapter which is arranged on the respective connecting piece, the respective belt end being able to be releasably connected thereby to the respective connecting piece.

Extended life conveyor chain trolley and method

An extended life conveyor chain in which a wheeled chain member (e.g. a chain link or chain supporting trolley) includes a projecting detent which engages a detent receiver on a load bearing wheel inner member locking the inner member against rotation with respect to the link. A rotating outer wheel rotates around the inner member. This relieves torsional pressure on a swaged connection between the inner non-rotating wheel portion and a fixed axle on the link and prevents resulting wear.

An apparatus for loading live turkeys from a barn floor to cages on a transport trailer. A continuous motorized drive chain moves attached, solid sheets that are loaded with turkeys from the barn floor into the cage, and then back to the loading position. The drive chain is looped around first and second sprockets. Each rectangular sheet is rotationally connected at two of its corners to the drive chain forming a fixed end and a loose end. When the drive chain rounds the barn end, the loose end of the sheet slides upwards on a guide flap to keep the top of the sheet facing up. The sheets are driven forward to the cages, round the end at the cage end, pulled backwards from the cages toward the barn end, and then driven forward again, all without stopping the motion of the drive chain.

An inventory management system can include a tray, a tine, and an actuator. The tray can have a body defining a slot extending along a length of the tray and through a front and a rear of the tray. The tine can be sized to fit through the slot. The actuator can move the tine into a deployed position in which the tine is arranged to pass through the slot and contact an item in the tray to cause the item to fall out of the rear of the tray as tray moves by the tine. The actuator may also be capable of moving the tine into a stowed position in which the tine is arranged to avoid extending through the slot as the tray moves by the tine.

Manually-initiated synchronization apparatuses for connecting independently-driven platforms to conveying platforms for movement therewith

An independently-driven platform used in vehicle assembly includes a side frame and a manually-initiated synchronizing apparatus mounted to the side frame. The manually-initiated synchronizing apparatus includes a linear actuator including a cylinder portion mounted to the side frame and a rod portion that extends and retracts from the cylinder portion. A conveying platform engagement member has a front that faces a conveying direction when synchronizing with a synchronization tab of a conveying platform, a rear that faces an upstream direction and a top connected to the rod portion of the manually-initiated synchronizing apparatus. The conveying platform engagement member has a notch in the rear that is configured to engage the synchronization tab.
