An orientation changing apparatus includes a transport path along which a transport object is transported and that includes a portion having a space; a changing unit that changes an orientation of the transport object transported toward the space, the changing unit changing the orientation in the space by applying a rotational force to the transport object in a direction that crosses a transporting direction in which the transport object is transported; and a receiving unit that receives the transport object after the orientation of the transport object is changed by the changing unit.

The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus, and the transfer apparatus includes: a first transfer module holding an object to be transferred on the top thereof and transferring the object to be transferred at a first speed in a longitudinal direction; a second transfer module disposed in parallel with the first transfer module and holding the object to be transferred on the top thereof and transferring the object to be transferred at a second speed in the longitudinal direction; and a blowing module causing air to flow upward/downward below at least one of the first transfer module and the second transfer module.

An apparatus for transporting plastics preforms, having a first transport element that extends along a transport path of the plastics preforms and having a second transport element parallel to the first transport element. The first transport element and the second transport element are spaced apart from one another such that a gap is formed between the first transport element and the second transport element such that a base body of the plastics preforms can pass through this gap, but a support ring of the plastics preforms cannot pass through this gap. The apparatus has a hold-down device that is arranged above the transport elements and/or the mouths of the plastics preforms, wherein the hold-down device has a first hold-down element movable in two opposite directions in a longitudinal direction of the plastics preforms along with a drive device configured to cause these movements during a transport operation of the apparatus.

The device for conveying a fiber web comprises a transport device, which serves as a support for the fiber web, and which is driven by a drive in a transport direction at a speed of at least 50 m/min. The transport device has a rough surface and carries along the fiber web resting on the transport device by force of friction. An array of linear elements arranged above the transport device serves to cover the fiber web resting on the transport device. The linear elements have a smooth surface, and the fiber web is carried along the bottom surface of the linear elements. The linear elements are arranged next to each other but spaced apart in a direction transverse to the transport direction.

The device for conveying a fiber web comprises a transport device, which serves as a support for the fiber web, and which is driven by a drive in a transport direction at a speed of at least 50 m/min. An array of linear elements arranged above the transport device serves to cover the fiber web resting on the transport device. An apparatus for arranging and transferring ammunition, includes a slope conveyor, which is configured into an endless track structure so as to lift cartridges placed on a transfer track thereof using magnetic force, a plurality of permanent magnets, which are arranged on the slope conveyor so as to create a magnetic field outside the transfer track, one or more hole sifters, which are disposed near an outer surface of the transfer track and which have cartridge passage holes formed at locations through which the plurality of permanent magnets pass, and magnetizing controllers including electromagnets, which are disposed above and under the hole sifters and are assigned to the plurality of permanent magnets, wherein the magnetizing controllers detect a position of the permanent magnet when the permanent magnet passes through the cartridge passage hole, and controls the electromagnets to create a magnetic field, having polarity, orientation and density at least one of which is controlled, above or under the hole sifters.

A horizontal conveyor is proposed, including a main framework with a framework base which can be fixedly anchored on a surrounding floor and a frame supported on the framework base. Rollers or rolls, with or without a conveyor belt guided over the rollers or rolls, are rotatably mounted in the frame, such that a conveying path for a goods stack is formed. In order to protect persons and objects in the surroundings in the event of unstable goods stacks, a protection device is proposed, including a protection wall disposed along the conveying path on at least one of the two sides of the conveying path. The protection wall extends at least at a height above the conveying path which is greater than or equal to the width of the conveying path. The protection wall is fastened to the main framework.

A transport device for transporting pharmaceutical containers has a transporting path with first and second lateral boundaries, between which containers are conveyable. A blocking element is transferable between a release position and a blocking position. In the release position, the transporting path is released so that containers pass in a transporting direction. In the blocking position, the blocking element is within the transporting path and contactable by containers. An edge element is preferably arranged level with the blocking element relative to the transporting direction. The edge element is transferable relative to the transporting path between a neutral position and an open position. In the neutral position, the edge element forms a section of the second lateral boundary and, in the open position, releases a discharging opening at the second lateral boundary. The containers blocked by the blocking element are dischargeable out of the transporting path via the discharging opening.
