REEL MOTOR WITH CLOSED COOLING CIRCUIT

A reel motor (1) for a driven conveyor roller has a stator (11) that is surrounded by a stator housing (10). A rotor (12) drives a rotor shaft (13). A tubular external housing (30) runs around the stator housing (10) at a distance in the circumferential direction. A cooling duct (20) is fluidically connected to an interior of the stator housing (10) holding the stator (11). The cooling duct 20 is formed between the external housing (30) and the stator housing (10). An impeller wheel (14) is secured to the rotor shaft (13). The impeller wheel generates a cooling air flow (K). The interior of the stator housing (10) and the cooling duct (20) determine a closed cooling circuit. The cooling air flow is guided through the closed cooling circuit.

MOTORIZED CONVEYOR ROLLER WITH DRIVE ASSEMBLY

A conveyor roller includes a roller tube, a motor assembly comprising a motor and a motor shaft and a drive assembly engaged with the motor assembly and the roller tube. The drive assembly includes a drive member, a connector, and a sleeve. The drive member includes at least one first slot that axially extends from a front face of the drive member towards a rear face. The connector includes an axial opening and at least one first projection extending radially outwardly. A sleeve disposed at least partially between the connector and the drive member. The sleeve is configured to engage the at least one first slot of the drive member and the at least one first projection of the connector. A portion of the sleeve extends radially outwardly of the drive member, such that the portion of the sleeve is configured to engage an inner surface of the roller tube.

Control device, conveyor for transporting products, and method for controlling a conveyor for transporting
10793372 · 2020-10-06 · ·

A control device (1) for a goods transport conveyor (100) has a processor (10) that generates control signals for at least one drive motor (350) of a transport section (110; 120; 130) of the goods transport conveyor (100). The motor operates in stop-and-go mode. The processor (10) is configured to control the drive motor (350) by means of a forward phase and/or reverse phase when the transport section (110; 120; 130) of the goods transport conveyor (100) stops such that the torque (M(t)) produced by the drive motor (350) is reduced according to an adjustable stopping function. The processor (10) sets the stopping function depending on detected process data of the transport section (110; 120; 130).
