SNAP-ON POSITION LIMITER FOR A CONVEYOR BELT
A conveyor employs a low-tension, direct drive conveyor belt, and a snap-on position limiter for ensuring proper engagement of the belt and a drive sprocket. The position limiter includes a body, a limiting surface and a snap clap opposite the limiting surface for snapping the position limiter to a mounting shaft. The position limiter may include a mounting arm for mounting a conveyor belt scraper at the front of the position limiter. Mounting plates at the end of the conveyor support a mounting shaft for mounting the position limiter or other conveyor components in place relative to the drive sprocket.

The belt conveyor comprises a deflection element arranged between the drive roller and the deflection roller and configured for adjustment in the direction of transport. The upper and/or the associated lower run of the belt transitions from a first longitudinal section running in the direction of transport to a second longitudinal section tilted relative thereto when the deflection roller has been adjusted. The second longitudinal section can be quickly tilted and flexibly adapted to the dimensions of the food products and their transport distances inbetween.

CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE ROLLS OF THE CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a conveyor belt system with a circulating conveyor belt, in which a loadable conveyor belt segment rests on upper rolls and an unloaded conveyor belt segment rests on lower rolls, and in which an enclosure extending along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor belt system. The invention also relates to a system for monitoring the rolls in this conveyor belt system. A task of the invention is to propose a conveyor belt system in which the detection of defective rolls is facilitated. The task is solved by way of a conveyor belt system in which the enclosure features diagnostic windows on at least one side of the conveyor belt, such that the diagnostic windows are arranged at the level of the rolls of the conveyor belt and are designed for optical and/or acoustic monitoring of the bearings of the rolls, by being either transparent to diagnostic signals, or easily openable.

Poultry Belt Drive
A belt drive that has a transmission element that transmits a drive force to a drive element, which then sets a belt roller into rotational motion. The transmission element is a shaft and the drive element is an angular gear which has an input that is connected to the transmission element and an output that transmits the rotational motion from the gear to the belt roller. The belt drive is particularly suited for use in a belt system that is used in multi-tier poultry facilities. This belt system according to the invention includes a common drive motor that provides the drive force and a plurality of belt drives, one belt drive for each tier. One or more drive shafts transmit the drive force from the drive motor to each of the belt drives.
