Skirt for passenger conveyer

A passenger conveyor includes a first stationary structure and a second stationary structure; a step positioned between the first stationary structure and the second stationary structure, the step has a tread with a tread surface; and a skirt secured to the step between the step and the first stationary structure, the skirt includes an upper tread edge; wherein the upper tread edge extends beyond the tread surface by at least about 10 mm.

SNAP-ON POSITION LIMITER FOR A CONVEYOR BELT
20170158434 · 2017-06-08 ·

A conveyor employs a low-tension, direct drive conveyor belt, and a snap-on position limiter for ensuring proper engagement of the belt and a drive sprocket. The position limiter includes a body, a limiting surface and a snap clap opposite the limiting surface for snapping the position limiter to a mounting shaft. The position limiter may include a mounting arm for mounting a conveyor belt scraper at the front of the position limiter. Mounting plates at the end of the conveyor support a mounting shaft for mounting the position limiter or other conveyor components in place relative to the drive sprocket.

Flexible conveyor system

A conveyor mechanism and system are described that provide for conveyance of objects from a first position to a second position. The conveyor mechanism includes a torus-shaped flexible membrane having a central axis, the torus-shaped flexible membrane elongated along a direction parallel to the central axis and having an external surface, center channel, and an enclosed cavity. The conveyor mechanism also includes a first roller assembly disposed within the enclosed cavity of the torus-shaped flexible membrane, a second roller assembly that applies a force against the external surface and the first roller assembly to cause the torus-shaped flexible membrane to rotate longitudinally around the enclosed cavity to convey objects along the center channel, and an adjustment device that adjusts a position of the second roller assembly along a direction parallel with the central axis.

An adaptor for mounting components to a drive assembly for a conveyor belt comprises a shaped body having a bearing opening, fastener openings for fastening the shaped body to an outside surface of an end plate of the drive assembly and openings for mounting an auxiliary conveyor component to the adaptor to place the auxiliary conveyor component relative to the conveyor belt.

SHORT TAKE-UP BELT CONVEYOR
20250296781 · 2025-09-25 ·

A belt conveyor in which a positively driven short pitch conveyor belt is driven around a tight transfer nose roller by a drive arrangement in which a snub roller is positioned between the nose roller and a drive sprocket. A short take-up belt catenary depends directly from the belt's release point from the sprocket to provide back tension for effective sprocket-belt engagement.
