All-Steel Reciprocating Floor Slat System
A roll-formed steel slat for use in a reciprocating floor slat conveyor system. The roll-formed steel slat is formed in a manner so as to have an upper, load-carrying surface, and a pair of downwardly depending side legs. Each side leg terminates in a foot. One foot is vertically offset from the other to provide a hold-down function that prevents the slat from vertically rising as the slat reciprocates back-and-forth.
LOADING TRAY DEVICE HAVING A MOVABLE FLOOR
A loading tray device having a movable floor includes a frame that receives a juxtaposition of at least one first blade and one second blade that are mounted so as to be movable in longitudinal translation. Each blade has a lower beam and a covering plate attached to the upper edges of side walls. The first and second walls respectively include a first flange and a second flange that extend laterally to and outside of the beam. The second wall of each blade has a height that is less than the height of the first wall by the thickness of the first flange, such that the first flange of the second blade abuts the second flange of the first blade.
Attachment Plate For All-Steel Reciprocating Floor Slat System
A roll-formed steel slat for use in a reciprocating floor slat conveyor system. The roll-formed steel slat is formed in a manner so as to have an upper, load-carrying surface, and a pair of downwardly depending side legs. Each side leg terminates in a foot. One foot is vertically offset from the other to provide a hold-down function that prevents the slat from vertically rising as the slat reciprocates back-and-forth.
ADJUSTABLE FLOOR SLATS FOR RECIPROCATING CONVEYOR
Side-by-side reciprocating floor slats have side wings that provide lateral supports. The upper side wings on one slat rest on bearing surfaces on the side wings of underlying slats. The upper wings have beads that create grooves in the bearing surfaces for the purpose of establishing lateral spacing between slats.
Hauling beam and a hauling transporter
According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hauling beam, which can be placed in connection with, a load to be moved, so that by moving the hauling beam the load can be moved. The hauling beam can be moved, for example, by dragging. The hauling beam described herein makes it possible to lift the load to be transferred on the rollers, wheels or rolls and to transfer the load by means of them. The hauling bean further comprises a spring retainer having a body with at least one mounting block attached to at least one of the parallel slats, a slide mounted on the body and a spring retained between the slide and a detent on the body, wherein the slide is attached to the support beam, a chain running as a loop around chain sprockets at each end of the hauling beam, one end of the chain being connected to the slide and one end connected to the body of the spring retainer, and an actuator configured to move one of the sprockets in the longitudinal direction of the chain.
