Recirculating proppant conveyor system
This present application relates generally to conveyor system apparatuses and methods. The conveyor system disclosed herein provides a supply conveyor and a return conveyor in material flow communication. The supply conveyor transfers and releases a portion of material to a second source. The return conveyor re-circulates to the supply conveyor any portion of material unreleased such that the supply conveyor may re-transfer and release the unreleased portion of material to the second source.
SWEEP AUGER DRIVE SHIELD WITH GRAVITY RECLAIM
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger fighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
Pelletized feed distributor
A pelletized feed distributor includes a hopper having an auger positioned at the bottom thereof for moving feed in the hopper toward a discharge opening. A discharge door selectively closes the discharge opening. A door linkage connected between the auger and the discharge door cyclically opens and closes the door.

Aggregate dewatering device and method
A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.

ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN TRANSPORTATION MECHANISMS FOR FRACTURING BLENDERS
A system for electric-motor driven transportation mechanism for fracturing operations is disclosed. The system includes at least one transportation mechanism to transport blender components for a blender fluid from a first tub that may be a proppant hopper to a second tub that may be a blender tub and that may be associated with a fracturing blender; an electric motor and a control unit associated with the at least one transportation mechanism; and at least one variable frequency drive (VFD) associated with the electric motors for real time control of a speed associated with the at least one transportation mechanism.
Biomass cake pressure-feeding apparatus
A biomass cake pressure-feeding apparatus includes: a screw pump including a first screw with a helical first conveying thread, a second screw with a helical second conveying thread, and a casing accommodating the first screw and the second screw such that the first screw and the second screw are parallel to each other, the screw pump being configured to feed biomass cake to a high pressure reactor, the biomass cake being obtained by adding water to powdery biomass; and a throttle part positioned downstream of the screw pump and configured to form a material seal made of the biomass cake by restricting a flow of the biomass cake.

Cleaning device and method for cleaning a screw conveyor
A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a conveyor screw of a screw conveyor, includes: a slide-like basic body for resting on at least two screw flights of the conveyor screw in order to displace the slide-like basic body in the axial direction by means of a rotational movement of the conveyor screw, and a cleaning device which is attached to the slide-like basic body, for cleaning the conveyor screw. The apparatus also relates to a screw conveyor and to a method for cleaning a conveyor screw of a screw conveyor.
