The space between adjacent V-shaped like guide structures at a distance R1 defines a buffer zone for radially dispersed food products from the dispersion unit. The screw feeders in the adjacent trenches have opposite orientation and rotate in opposite directions such that upper part of the screw feeders are rotating away from each other.

A cantilevered screw assembly comprising a speed reducer to facilitate rotation of a screw. The speed reducer may be connected to a torque arm that is adapted to control or limit undesired movement (e.g., wobbling, orbital movement, etc.) of the screw during operation. In effect, one exemplary embodiment of a speed reducer may essentially float on a pivoting torque arm (and the shaft of the screw) such that the torque arm is adapted to limit undesired movement of the speed reducer and screw. As a result, an exemplary embodiment may eliminate the need for alternative drive systems or other means to control undesired movement of the screw. An exemplary embodiment may be particularly useful for light or infrequent duty or other small-scale applications to reduce the likelihood of a breakage of a screw or another portion of a cantilevered screw assembly (e.g., the bearing(s) or bearing assembly, the gears, etc.).

A valve supplies gas pulses to the conduit at time intervals for separating the compressed-material strand into material plugs of limited length traveling through the conduit.

Dewatering efficiency is improved by vibrations that are strong near the middle of the screen, while reducing or eliminating vibration near the discharge end of the screen where pressure is highest and a breaking of the seal between the screw and the screen due to vibration can reduce dewatering of sludge near the discharge end of the screen.

STRUCTURE OF MATERIAL FEEDING DEVICE

A structure of material feeding device is provided for avoiding material obstruction. In the material feeding system, a motor is adopted to drive material feeding member to spin in a material feeding silo. By using mechanical stirs, the blocking phenomenon of material is mitigated and thus achieving the purpose of avoiding material obstruction. According to the present invention, the first material feeding silo is connected with a first screw feeder for conveying materials. The first screw feeder is also connected to a second material feeding silo. The second material feeding silo is connected with a pipe. The pipe includes a first sealing valve and a second sealing valve for keeping the pipe sealed and thus avoiding contamination. Finally, the pipe is connected with a second screw feeder, which feeds materials into a vessel. Then a complete conveying line is formed for facilitating industrial production.
