CONVEYOR SENSOR
Some embodiments of the technology disclosed herein relate to a sensor device. An elongate sleeve has a first end and a second end and extends along a longitudinal axis. A plurality of sensors are fixed relative to the sleeve. A first endcap is coupled to the first end, where the first endcap has an endcap body. A first axle is coupled to the endcap body, where the first axle extends along the longitudinal axis and the first axle defines a retaining feature. An intermediate component is coupled to the first axle, and the intermediate component is selectively rotatable about the longitudinal axis. The sensor device has an orientation locking structure that is configured to be engaged to selectively fix the orientation of the intermediate component about the longitudinal axis relative to the endcap body.

Adjustable return roller bracket for tracking conveyor belts
In a preferred embodiment, there is provided an adjustable roller bracket assembly for a belt conveyor system, and which comprises a first end portion, a second end portion, and an adjustment mechanism connecting the first and second end portions, the first end portion being for attachment to a system frame, the second end portion being for rotatably engaging a roller at an axial end thereof, and the adjustment mechanism being operable to permit selective movement of the second end portion relative to the first end portion against frictional resistance therebetween to effect adjustment of a rotational axis of the roller.
Dryer conveyor belt tracking system
The present invention provides a conveyor belt tracking system for a dryer having a web of a mesh material having a protrusion extending along the length proximal one lateral edge and above a flat surface and a first generally cylindrical roller having a three-tiered slot for receiving the protrusion and two flanking shallow tracks for receiving base flanges.

CURVED BELT CONVEYOR
A curved belt conveyor includes a conveyor belt with a hooking element associated with an outer periphery of the conveyor belt and multiple pairs of rollers guiding the hooking element. A plurality of supporting elements is placed at the outer periphery, each for supporting at least one pair of rollers. A holding space for the hooking element is defined among each pair of rollers and a corresponding supporting element. A main roller of one of the pairs of rollers is movable along a trajectory extending along a longitudinal development of a corresponding main roller shaft between a releasing position, wherein the rollers are spaced to define an intermediate space therebetween to allow the passage of the hooking element, and a retaining position, wherein the rollers are close to each other to prevent passage of the hooking element from the corresponding holding space through the corresponding intermediate space.
SELF-ALIGNING BELT PULLEY
A self-aligning belt pulley, in various embodiments, includes a cylindrical roller having one or more concave portions formed in a circumferential rolling surface. In some embodiments, one or more raised peaks extend circumferentially along, and radially outwardly from, the circumferential roller surface. In various embodiments, a cylindrical roller couples with a pivoting mechanism having an elongated member that is offset and parallel to the circumferential rolling surface. The elongated member has a centrally located connection point that permits a pivoting bracket to be attached to it, thereby creating a pivot point that is anchored at an opposite end portion and automatically adjusts a position of the cylindrical roller. The pivoting mechanism may also function as a tensioning device.

Conveyors
An arrangement to maintain alignment of a moving conveyor belt. The arrangement includes a sensing assembly arranged for sensing a position or movement of a portion or region of the belt, and an actuator assembly having one or more actuator modules operable so as to adjust or modify a position, alignment, or orientation of a portion or region of a support assembly in order to counter and/or correct an alignment of the belt based on, at least in part, the sensed position or movement of the belt.
