Bushing cleaner systems and methods
A cargo management system is provided comprising a cargo shuttle having a slide bushing opposite a top surface, a drive pulley; and a sweeping belt coupled to the drive pulley. Also disclosed is a slide bushing supported cargo shuttle comprising a housing, a bushing slide plate extendable from the housing, a top surface; a drive pulley; and a sweeping belt coupled to the drive pulley. An interior surface of the sweeping belt is configured to interface with an outer diameter surface of the drive pulley and an outer surface of the sweeping belt comprises raised surfaces.
CRUSHING MACHINE WITH RECIPROCATING CONVEYOR AND RECIPROCATING CONVEYOR WITH SCRAPER BAR
An exemplary crushing machine has a crusher for crushing media into crushed media, a reciprocating conveyor having a tray for receiving crushed media from the crusher, and a belt conveyor for receiving crushed media from the reciprocating conveyor and conveying the crushed media to a desired location. The reciprocating conveyor optionally includes a conveyor scraper that has a blade having a plurality of teeth extending to the tray, a blade support disposed proximate and transverse the tray of the conveyor, a hingeable connection attaching the blade to the blade support, at least one guide slideably supporting the blade support, and at least one actuator for actuating the scraper. Movement of the conveyor scraper across the tray prevents crushed media from sticking to the tray of the conveyor.

Feeding device for subway grille main reinforcement conveying
A feeding device for subway grille main reinforcement conveying includes two-layer chain plate conveyor arranged at an upper and a lower interval, and the chain plate conveyor is a climbing structure with one end high and one end low, two ends of the chain plate conveyor are fixedly connected to a support frame, and the chain plate conveyor is erected on a working plane through the support frame. The chain plate conveyor provides power through a motor reducer connected to a drive sprocket of the chain plate conveyor, and a higher end of the chain plate conveyor is provided with a position detection sensor. The position detection sensor can detect the position of the main reinforcement, and control the start and stop of the motor reducer and the grasping of the main reinforcement by a manipulator through feeding back the position of the main reinforcement to a main control system.
Conveyor belt cleaning apparatus
A blade mounting assembly for a conveyor belt cleaning assembly comprises a blade mount member for mounting a scraper blade; a connection portion; a resilient member disposed between the blade mount member and the connection portion; and a single adjustment member to couple the blade mounting assembly to a base member of the cleaning assembly and enable rotational movement of the blade mounting assembly about the single adjustment member relative to the base member. The resilient member provides yielding support to the scraper blade, to conform the scraper blade to irregularities and movement in a conveyor belt.

Waterproofing of a Modular Head Cleaning System
A conveyor belt cleaning system is configured with waterproofing techniques throughout its entire body to prevent liquid from entering liquid-sensitive portions of the cleaning system, thereby reducing machine downtime or destruction. The conveyor belt cleaning system has a touchscreen control panel (i.e., a computing device) that controls the modular cleaning system's operations and one or more actuators that facilitate directional movement of the modular cleaning head. The control panel is comprised of the display, such as a touchscreen display, and the various computer-related components that effectuate the computer's operations, such as one or more processors (CPUs, GPUs, etc.), long and short-term hardware-based memory devices such as Flash memory, ROM (Read-Only Memory), RAM (Random Access Memory), etc., network interface cards (NICs) for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other wired and wireless forms of communications, among other operational components.
CONVEYOR BELT CLEANING APPARATUS
A cleaning assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt includes a base member adapted to be mounted relative to the conveyor belt; and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member, wherein the cleaning assembly is configured to maintain the scraper blade in abutment with the conveyor belt.
