The cleaning device comprises a cleaning assembly mounted below a lower conveyor belt. The cleaning assembly is pivotable to form an angle with respect to a direction of the lower conveyor run. The cleaning assembly has a removable cartridge having a shaft with a pair of ends and having a cylindrical cleaner mounted on said shaft.

The wheel carries at least one cleaning tool for a related cam path, and the cleaning tool is mounted movably and pressed against the cam path with sufficient force to enable the automatic cleaning of the cam path as the conveyor wheel rotates.

The invention relates to a transfer device for a hollow article comprising a conveyor wheel, transfer arms mounted moveably on the conveyor wheel, and at least one static cam. The at least one static cam comprising at least one cam path that cooperates with cam followers carried by the transfer arms to control the position thereof. The wheel carries at least one cleaning tool for a related cam path, and the cleaning tool is mounted movably and pressed against the cam path with sufficient force to enable the automatic cleaning of the cam path as the conveyor wheel rotates.

A cleaning assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt comprising: a base member adapted to be mounted relative to the conveyor belt; and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member, wherein the cleaning assembly is configured to maintain the scraper blade in abutment with the conveyor belt. A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus comprising: a plurality of cleaning assemblies, each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies comprising: a base member associated with the elongate support member, and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member; and an elongate support member, wherein each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies is adapted to maintain the respective scraper blades in abutment with a conveyor belt.

A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus comprising: a plurality of cleaning assemblies, each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies comprising: a base member associated with the elongate support member, and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member; and an elongate support member, wherein each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies is adapted to maintain the respective scraper blades in abutment with a conveyor belt.

The cleaning head has an arm that extends from its body and inserts into a corresponding opening on a connecting frame associated with the cleaning device. The cleaning head is then secured in place via a cylindrical pin that extends through aligned holes on the arm and the connecting plate. Insertion of the pin connects the components together, and removal of the pin enables a user to disconnect the cleaning head and swap a new one in its place, such as to provide a different cleaning action.
